Biirinba Breeze is a beautiful, coastal inspired spacious family apartment within walking distance to the heart of Yamba and Marina. This gorgeous apartment is brand new and impeccably styled in modern coastal hues and textures. Slip into Yamba's beach atmosphere the minute you set foot inside yet located in a quiet, peaceful family friendly neighbourhood. Cruise into town and to the beach at your leisure on our retro bikes which are provided for your convenience.
The Space:
Biirinba is perfect for family stays with the little ones as it has a fully fenced yard and cul de sac to ride your bikes and scooters safely around. With an open floor plan, leafy outlook, air conditioning and light-filled outdoor entertaining area, you'll be hard pressed to leave this beautiful property.
Biirinba is a spacious two bedroom apartment brimming with Coastal Hampton vibes throughout. The property is on the second level and enjoys a peaceful outlook and breeze from the beautiful deck. The open plan living and dining areas are gorgeous white tones and the two large bedrooms and brand new bathroom are located off here. You'll enter through the beautiful main private entrance to the property and veer left up the stairs to this delightful two bedroom apartment.
The top floor enjoys a fully functional kitchenette with convection microwave, dishwasher and multipurpose washer/ dryer, two queen size bedrooms with ceiling fans, a beautiful bathroom with separate toilet and an air conditioned living and dining area. Beyond the living room is an outdoor dining area with ceiling fan overlooking the lush front yard and gardens and the quiet cul-de-sac beyond.
There is a lock-up garage for one vehicle, plus space for one vehicle on the drive way off the street. There is also free and unlimited parking on the road.
All linen is supplied as are Leif bathroom products, essentials such as dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, tea, coffee, sugar and cooking oil. The cleaning fee associated with this listing includes professional cleaning and linen hire.

There is a lock box on the premises for your convenience.

Biirinba is centrally located near the Clarence River Walk which is a mere 2km walk or cycle to Yamba's Northern beaches and the Yamba CBD where there is a vast array of boutiques and restaurants for you to enjoy. This neighbourhood is truly a hidden of Yamba. So close to town and the marina yet so peaceful and quiet - watch the birds from your balcony while you sip on a vino, watching the kids play in the quiet garden or cul de sac below. Follow the local path into town for Yamba's many beaches, playgrounds, break wall, skate park or alternatively head in the opposite direction along to the Blue Dolphin and grab a day pass for the kids to have endless entertainment. You could even ride your bike to Yamba Shore Tavern from here also.
Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to Biirinba. Push bikes would be a lovely way to get around since it's a flat ride on footpaths to get to town and the beaches. You can hire them at Yamba Cycle.
Other Things to Note:
This is not a party house. We respect our neighbours right to a peaceful neighbourhood. The home is intended for families to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We have Noiseaware noise monitors on site which measure decibels to alert us if there are extended periods of noise which might indicate a party.
We also have security cameras outside of the property (not inside).
Strictly only two visitors at any one time and only the number of registered guests to stay overnight.
Interaction with Guests:
The owners may be downstairs in the home, but they will access through a side door and keep to themselves. The Oceanstays Team manages this listing and will help you with any concerns or queries or support you might need.
