This premiere studio sits in a newly constructed building, next door to a sister studio unit (Casa Romeo), and just above a local coffee shop, Pete's Bagels. Casa Julieta is pet-friendly and sleeps up to 4 people.

The Space:
"Casa Julieta" is newly constructed studio with brand new furnishings and top-of-the-line fixtures. This second floor studio is perched atop a coffee shop and sits next door to a brand new dog park on E 4th Ave, just 3 short blocks from the main strip of Ybor City.

You will absolutely love the Cuban-themed decor and the intricate details throughout the home! Take full advantage of the fully stocked kitchen which offers stainless steel appliances, a timeless Smeg refrigerator, Keurig Coffee Maker and a complimentary starter kit of coffee supplies.

Staying in? Relax on the plush suede sofa and catch up on your favorite shows with the large flat screen Smart TV. The sofa pulls out into a Queen sized bed, which sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Count your Z's on the incredibly comfortable Queen bed that is equipped with a hybrid memory foam mattress. Please keep in mind this is a studio unit, the only separate room is the full bathroom.

Casa Julieta is stocked with everything you need during your stay in Tampa Bay including free high speed WiFI, a private washer and dryer with laundry pods, toiletries, and fresh hotel style linens!

The Neighborhood:
Founded in the 1880s, the Historic Ybor City district is well known for its eclectic collection of culture and countless cigar factories in which the city was named, for Don Vincent Martinez Ybor. Take a stroll down the original red brick streets and step into a piece of history. Indulge in a comedy show at The Improv, dine at the historic Columbia Restaurant or explore the local shops, bars, and artisans that make the Ybor community so rich!

Getting Around:
Ybor City is notorious for the street trolley system- it's free, runs every 15 minutes and has many stops throughout Ybor, Downtown Tampa and Channelside! Ybor City is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Greater Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa and Ybor City have a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets. Our pet fee is $15/night, charged after the reservation is booked. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
-Smoking: smoking of any type is strictly prohibited on the property and especially within the unit. A $500 fee will be charged to anyone who smokes inside the unit.
- This unit requires a flight of stairs to enter.
- Exterior security cameras are located on the property.
- The property sits next door to a dog park and above a coffee shop, so there is a potential for residual noise in this busy area. Shop hours operate from 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM daily.
