Great time

Quick weekend in the Tampa area for Spring Training baseball. The Ybor section of Tampa never disappoints. House was fine, very clean and exactly as offered in the listing. Early check-in was a plus and owner communication was very quick / accurate. Would stay again.

Cozy house

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Convenient location to restaurants and bars on 7th Avenue also street car to downtown Tampa. My only negative is there is no direct access to the back yard from the house. Access is from the front door and around the side of the house.

Ybor stay

We were quite disappointed with our stay at this VRBO. It was quite a walk to catch the trolley ( not a few blocks as advertised) the house was tidy but could have been cleaner, especially the kitchen. Water pressure was not good, fan in living room did not work, not adequately stocked with necessary equipment. No tea towels or dish cloths. We could not control the heating/ cooling as it was controlled by app on owners phone. We received an email stating to put dishes in dishwasher and run it before leaving. We had washed all our dishes by hand, but opened up dishwasher to see standing water was in the bottom of it and stunk! We tried draining it, but dishwasher obviously wasn’t working and hadn’t been for awhile so it wouldn’t drain. Informed manager but I think he already knew. Door code was hard to use and door didn’t fit right. There were no bins for recycling bottles/cans so had to be put in garage. Not a convenient location as we couldn’t find a nearby grocery store. No batteries in remote in living room and no remote in bedroom with small tv. I emailed about it, but never received a response. Would not rent this property again.

Great Hosts!

This is a very functional 3 bedroom house. It is close to all of the Ybor attractions. And it is also close to the free trolley and there are usually electric scooters out front to make everything even closer. We had a minor issue with the AC but the hosts were very attentive and addressed it immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to take in Ybor or even downtown Tampa.
