Casa Cielo Studio 2 with detached Bayview Balcony

Casa Cielo 2nd Floor Studio.
This lock out studio is situated within a private home, Casa Cielo, with a security gate at street level to ensure privacy and safety. It is located just outside of downtown, offering the best of both worlds.....easy access to beaches and restaurants, but with the benefit of privacy and security.

This studio is quite small but well designed for comfort and practicality. Although the interior space is limited, you will have private access to a detached front patio overlooking Cancun Bay. There is also an unfinished section where there is a full sized refrigerator/freezer (for longer term guests)  as well as a BBQ, and small dining table and chairs. 
You also have access to an amazing rooftop with palapa bar with swings. Enjoy 360 degree views of the island.
The studio is just outside of downtown, privacy, within a quick walk of everything! The entrance to the Malecon (sea wall) walkway is only a block from the house, giving you a wonderful walk into Centro! The garage is given priority to the guests in the main house, and has room for only one golf cart. If you do want to rent a golf cart, please speak with the owner to see if there will be house guests using the garage. There are, however, 2 lock down rings for bikes if you choose to rent them. 
This studio is best suited for 1 person, however I have had many couples stay here. Be aware that the space is small, with a  double bed, with access on one side only (see pictures). Toilet area is very narrow which may be uncomfortable for some guests (see pictures). The Studio is on the second level of the house, so if stairs are difficulty for you, check out Studio 1. 
Pets are best accommodated in the first floor studio with direct access to the garden. Request permission from owner if first floor studio is booked. Although the indoor space is very small, you will have access to the 2nd floor front patio, as well as the amazing rooftop with 360 degree views of the island!
Close enough to walk just about anywhere, but taxi's are an easy and inexpensive alternative, and there are buses running both directions every 20 min or less.
