Vehicle with 4-wheel or all wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter months. Although the streets are plowed, the road leading to this property is steep and slick at times.
Guests are responsible for bringing firewood (this is not provided).

There’s no end to the outdoor activities you can enjoy here, from mild scenic hikes to ultra-athletic pursuits, and we’re not limited by season. Head out on a fall colors bike ride, ski or snowshoe, go fly fishing, or climb the fourteeners! And as for the great indoors, we have plenty of restaurants, shops and historical attractions.
Getting Around:
Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is just 8 miles North of downtown. Free parking is included.

Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
