Located on the city limits of North bay on the quiet 4 Mile Bay of Trout Lake, welcome to our cottage on the Peninsula. Enjoy early mornings with the sunrise or drinks over sunsets thanks to our private lake access and 2 separate docks for lounging comfort.
Propane BBQ, fire pit and outdoor gazebo and a hot tub are all available on site for use at your convenience.
Our cottage has everything needed for a family vacation or a quiet weekend escape, the cottage is fully equipped with Wi-Fi to make WFH a breeze, and the smart tv comes equipped with streaming services for late night movies.

Amazing cute cottage on a beautiful lake

Me and dad stayed here when we where working in northbay for a week and it a super cute cottage on a beautiful lake. It had everything we needed for our stay and i will be booking everytime i come to northbay for work and part of me wants to rent it to bring my wife and kid to enjoy for a week this summer. Thank you adam for a wonderful home away from home.

Cabin on the Lake

Beautiful peaceful place to take a quiet vacation. Love all the sitting areas gives you variety including the sitting area on the dock. Great idea. Cabin kept clean. Very inviting upon arrival. Host is a great communicator.

Spending time on the dock

My favourite place is on the dock. It's partially in the sun and partially in the shade until 3 pm. The depth of the lake was ideal for floating near the dock.We spent some time in the roomy gazebo too.We relaxed in the cottage with a window a/c when it was too hot outside. Their tv has Google TV which enabled us to cast Rogers Xfinity. The beds were comfortable with enough room for the 4 of us.The hot tub is a good size and we used it every day. The area is ideal for running into town for supplies.

I wish I could give it a 4.5 but it wasnt an option. My husband and I stayed for a week in early July. We loved the tranquility of the location and really appreciated the ability to bring our dogs. The cottage was a lovely quant cottage with everything you need. Beautiful decks and dock. Nicely updated bathroom with great water pressure. Enjoyed seeing deer on our walks. The only cons noted were the lower level needs a deep clean due to the carpet and the comforters need washing. The sheets were nice and clean. There is also a lot of stuff everywhere so it makes it hard to clean and also prevented us from having space to store our own things. The small appliances could use an upgrade. I was disappointed that the firepit was turned into a flowerpit. The gas firetable isnt the same. While functioning, they have flaws. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and believe this property could easily be bumped to 5 star level with some minor improvements.

Cottage vacation

We had a wonderful week with our family at this cozy cottage. They had towels and all the necessities provided. The hot tub was a great way to start our mornings and the kids enjoyed the small beach area. Recommend to any family looking for a quaint getaway with a beautiful view.

Four Mile Bay Stay

Lovely location with sandy bottom water access and a well cared for cottage with a well stocked kitchen with cooking and eating utensils.

Lovely property and place

Really enjoyed our stay, quiet and peacefully relaxing. Loved hearing loons regularly although we never actually saw one. Lots of great places to eat nearby especially My Thai Palace and Burger World, Average Joes had good food but was quite expensive. Many good walking trails in the area. Great vacation.

Lovely getaway

The cottage is very quaint and well laid out. It’s far enough from town that it feels like a cottage, but close enough to pop in easily if needed. It’s quite private, and the hot tub is a great extra! Overall, it was a great stay. Thanks!
