Four bedroom, 2 bathroom family and pet friendly house a short walk from the beach in a quiet street.
It has 2 living areas, one with a projector and the other with a fire perfect for winter getaways.
There is a secure, grassed backyard with a bbq and an outdoor shower.
While no bed linen or towels are included, a quote to supply can be arranged.
Please note there are external cameras monitoring the exterior of the house and gardens.
Longer term tenants would be considered.

Family break

The house is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. Only a 5 min drive to the centre of mandurah or the marina. The house is well equipped with entertainment facilities and overall a lovely property. Great communication with the property manager and check in was easy.

Excellent property near great beach

All facilities in the property were as described, very clean and well presented. Secure garden ideal for the children and the dog. Beach was perfect for all the family, including the dog and just a 5 minute walk away. Overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful relaxing stay

We had a very relaxing holiday in Silver Sands. The house was spacious, beds were comfy and the air con kept the house nice and cool. Easy walking distance to the beach. We were 4 adults and 2 children and had a great stay.

Beautiful Stay

My husband and I stayed without two teenage daughters and little pug. We had a fantastic holiday, beautiful holiday home right on the beach, very clean and decorated beautifully. Very close to town and very accommodating host ❤️ Highly recommend 🌺🌷🌺

Spacious everything we needed

My son and partner and I all enjoyed the spacious home near the beach. The outdoor area suited us very well and pet friendly too. Good security and creature comforts made our stay very nice.

Relaxing space

We had a lovely stay. Loved the indoor fire place and the fabulous projector for our entertainment. Short walk to the beach and a lovely place to unwind.

Fantastic Quiet Getaway

Great location 4 minutes walk from the beach and very quiet. The theatre room was well equipped and a nice space to watch movies in and relax. Big back yard which our dog loved! The sound bar worked well for the main living area to play music from the phone. The fireplace was really nice in making the space feel homely and warm. The kitchen was well equipped in terms of cups, bowls, plates, and cutlery. Note had limited toiletries, tea towels and body towels so remember to bring your own (no shampoo or body wash; no hand soap in kitchen). The kitchen could have had one or two extra tea towels (there was only 1 in total). The HDMI plug in speaker in the theatre room had some sound issues but this was fairly minor. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and such a great time!

Silver sands beach house

Our family had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. From Sharyn’s easy check in details to the spacious & comfortable home we were able to enjoy the surrounding sights from a good base. Gardens & outdoor areas were beautiful and our dog Barney enjoyed the freedom to run around. Dog Beach a short walk away Highly recommend this for travelling with family & friends. 😃

Great Stay

Clean and everything worked. Most essential items were available. Pity own sheets and towels had to be brought. Very happy it was multi-dog friendly and the yard was very secure and safe.

What a little gem of a place

We had a fantastic long weekend away at this residence and thoroughly enjoyed the house, the location, the beach proximity , the space and the ability to bring our pet to enjoy the beach as well. What a great place we found! Very clean, comfortable and on a great location. We most definitely would come back again!

Soooooo….comfortable!

This property had ample space for 2 adults, 2 grandparents and 4 children. We loved the undercover outdoor area to relax under and concrete for our kids riding their hover boards. Each day the garden sprinkler system came on so there is lovely lawn. A well equipped kitchen. There was a vented cooling system which we used just the fan of overnight. Some nice touches as decorations, oil in the pantry, a Nespresso and a few capsules to get us started..

Fabulous place to stay with the family

The house was well set out especially the main bathroom toilet and wash basin area and having a separate tv/media room. Location to the beach was a big plus.
