Come enjoy your stay in our Pet Friendly and Historic "Beach Box" across the

street from the beach. This 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is just steps away from

the beautiful beach. We have central heat/air, washer/dryer, High Speed Wi-Fi,

Smart TV and off street parking.



Our beautiful and rustic little cottage features two queen pillow top beds and

two twin pillow tops. We have a full size kitchen with all that's needed to

cook a full dinner!



Only 3.8 miles from Bridge. Yes we are Pet Friendly!



### **The space**



We have a new 60 inch Smart TV to enjoy your evenings with Netflix or your

other streaming services.

pillow tops. We have a full size kitchen with all that's needed to cook a full

dinner!



We hope you will love the original wood plank walls and ceilings. This is the

way they built these original cottages years ago. Even the cabinets are built

from the same wood and by the same carpenters. A very Historic Outer Banks

Beach Cottage. This beach cottage can be described as Rustic. We are making

improvements to our new addition and you may notice a few minor imperfections.

We hope you will love the fabulous location as we are focused on providing a

clean and comfortable respite for you and your family.

We have plenty of off street parking and are perfectly fine with your 4 legged

companions!



Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is

now over 70 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building

standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its

charm as an older beach cottage. Our bathroom is not as large as modern built,

but even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
