A short walk from the villa leads you directly onto a beach path that opens to the Atlantic Ocean, making morning walks, beach days, and sunset strolls effortlessly convenient. You’ll also love being within easy walking distance of both Coligny Plaza and the Circle Center—home to over 100 shops, restaurants, and local favorites that make this area one of the most desirable vacation spots on Hilton Head Island.
Inside, the villa has undergone a complete top-to-bottom renovation, with new flooring, furnishings, bathrooms, and a stunning kitchen—all thoughtfully designed with bright, airy coastal style. Nautical-inspired colors, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops create a modern yet relaxed atmosphere where no detail was overlooked and no expense was spared.
The layout is ideal for couples or small families, comfortably sleeping four guests with a King bedroom featuring an en suite bath and a second bedroom with a Queen bed and a full hallway bathroom. We loved it!
This property was perfect for our family of five. We really enjoyed staying here and loved the fact it came with all the beach amenities. It was close to everything we needed in a walking distance.

Great vacation
We had a blast!!!! The condo was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated!!! We loved the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Condo
Condo was beautiful! All nicely updated. Comfy bed, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the birds. Having bikes included was a wonderful bonus! Beach chairs, beach, wagon, and umbrella alll included was wonderful.

Beauty by the Ocean
Spacious modern accommodations close to everything. We enjoyed riding the bicycle paths all around us as well as on the beach. Beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms, relaxing swimming pool and a short walk to the beach. PERFECT !!
Everything we could of ask for and MORE. Check in and Check out was easy-peasy. The condo was beautiful, and spit spot clean!! The beds were comfy, and showers had great pressure, which we really appreciated, you dont have that often. The location and being able to walk or bike to beach, to Coligny, and grocery store was super convenient. Traveling with an 8 month old and having to bring along so many supplies, it was so nice not to have to pack beach chairs or beach wagon. Everyone at the pool was super nice, basically as I said, it was PERFECT.

Great getaway
Property was clean, well stocked, and great location. Decor is very nice. Internet was spotty but we were here between Hurricanes Helene and Milton so may have been reason. Loved it and definitely would stay again.

Exactly as expected!!
Pictures were spot on!! Pool was lovely. Walk to the beach was a little further than expected but that was my fault for not checking. We had an issue with the slider door. Called the number and Joe was there within a couple of hours and fixed it right up, couldn’t have asked for better service. Definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay here at this villa. Loved the location as it was central to everything we wanted to do. The beach was beautiful (the walk there was nice). The villa was just as described. Would suggest a wagon to help bring in items from the car park. We would totally recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to spend som R and R!
