This Must Be the Place

This was our second time renting this home. We love everything about this rental! The house is very comfortable and accommodated our family of 10. The location is great - near the market, the marina, and the Bald Head Island Club. The golf carts were very nice. Each held 6 people. Our kids also enjoyed using the kayaks that came with the home. We would definitely rent this house again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “This Must Be the Place”. The home was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed the fact that there were 3 en-suites with the 4th room technically having its own bathroom as well. The attention to detail throughout the house was next level. We would recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time staying at This Must be the Place! It was so nice having 3 king rooms with ensuite bathrooms for all the adults! The kitchen had everything you could think of - it was the most well stocked kitchen I've ever encountered with a rental. The two six seater golf carts were new and perfect for our group of 12. We walked over to the kayak launch daily to fish, kayak and look for crabs. We brought scooters for our kids but the main road was a bit too busy so we just ended up playing in the yard. We loved every minute of our stay and can't wait to return!

We were so happy with “This must be the Place” right when we walked through the front door. It is beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. Our family enjoyed their lovely private bedrooms with baths, and even Milo, our dog, had his own inside dog house!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! And so fun to take the paddle board to the marsh! We enjoyed the kayaks also! Will definitely stay here again :)

Great girls trip!

We loved this house! Especially the back porch and large kitchen table to play games on! The 2 golf carts were very nice. Will definitely rent this house again!

Family vacation

Fabulous Vacation to our favorite Beach!

This is our second year in the same house and it was wonderful. The house is clean, big & cozy at the same time. Our family is growing and it accommodates everyone and all their needs. The kitchen has everything we needed to make all our meals including our grab boil….so much fun. The screened in porch was great for naps and eating our meals. The HOT out door shower was fabulous and the chairs for the beach and towels were provided. It was a yummy beach trip with all the perks and we took advantage of the club membership this year. We were still in off season so it was not crowded which was great. We have been coming to Bald Head for 27 years and this is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Large enough for everyone to sleep comfortably but also perfect size for everyone to hang out and enjoy each others company! The kitchen and stocked cookware and ALL THE THINGS was so nice to have….and yes, having TWO six seater golf carts made it all a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

"This Must Be the Place" at Bald Head Island

Wonderful home! Our family of 8 loved staying at "This Must Be the Place". Great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. Each bedroom had its own bath which was very nice. Great back porch. Plenty of chairs, beach towels, games etc. Really nice golf carts. We look forward to renting this home again next fall!

Great place to stay

This was our 3rd trip to BHI, and this home was perfect for our family of 4, but could have easily accommodated a larger party as well. The kitchen was adequately stocked with all the spices, condiments, utensils, & cookware we needed to cook every meal. Correspondence with the owners was easy & excellent...very responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

This is Most Definitely the Place!

Beautiful home, nice views of the golf course, private backyard with cute deer sightings, and excellent communication from iTrip ensuring our stay is a memorable one. The only downside to this rental is…having to leave! Book a couple days longer than you think you want to stay, you’ll thank me later! 😀

Bald Head Island Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay on BHI. The rental company ITrip NC beaches provided everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway. The house was awesome. Nicely furnished, well maintained with lots of electronics and outside toys. Thank you ITrip.

Immaculate new property. Beautiful with a great layout in a good central location. Most thoughtfully stocked property I've ever stayed in. Everything we could have possibly needed was organized perfectly.

Paradise!!

What a beautiful home with so many great amenities! So beautifully decorated and so comfortable!! 6 seater golf carts are top of the line and one had sides that kept us warm when it was cool. Great location on the island. We are already planning our next trip to stay at this gorgeous home! Highly recommend!!

Excellent House!

We came with a bunch of adult couples to celebrate my Dad’s 70th Birthday. It was such a great time. The house was perfect, and fit us perfectly. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi worked great, porch was fabulous. We will definitely be planning another trip back!

This WAS the place

This is the most well equipped and convenient house we’ve rented in our ten plus trips to Bald Head. The house is beautiful, the owners pleasant and easy to work with. Our vacation was everything we hoped it would be—we wanted a house this time that was close to the Inn (where family has a time share). Being within walking distance to Old Baldy and the church was an added bonus, although the new golf carts (provided) made the rest of the island totally accessible.
