It doesn’t get much better than that! The view of south beach along with the convenient walk to the beach access made it a perfect location. Plus it was just a few blocks away from the main shops and restaurants of Tybee island.

Amazing Spot

A great spot on the island. Everything was in walking distance and it wasn’t even a far walk at that. The house itself was beautiful especially with the rooftop lounge area at sunset. Just an overall amazing place to stay and we will be definitely looking to stay here again!

Lovely Spot

We have vacationed on Tybee for years and this has been one of the best homes we have stayed in! Top three for me were the amazing kitchen, comfy beds, and the deck on top where you can enjoy a coffee and a good book (or just catch a sweet tan.) We will absolutely seek out South Breeze in the future! Thanks for a wonderful week on Tybee!

The rooftop is everything

This is our favorite place to stay when we are at Tybee! It's a feel of luxury from the balconied rooms, to the amazing kitchen and bathrooms, to the rooftop with a view of the beach. This house will not disappoint. It's close to everything!

Excellent!

The property has a great location to the beach and local restaurants/shops. Very clean and our host took care of us. Great neighborhood to walk in or ride a bike. The rooftop deck is awesome and you can see the water from it. I would highly recommend this place for your family to stay at!

A real enjoyable stay!

The house has just about every amenity you can imagine or need, including beach chairs and towels when you want to hang out on the beach a few feet away! The owners responded quickly to a query we sent their way. The location is quiet and a short walk to the beach or shops and restaurants in town. Look no further if your plans include a stay on Tybee Island and Savannah is only about 30 minutes away.

Extraordinary home near the ocean.

We had a great time. You could see the ocean from the rooftop lookout. A short walk away there is a pier with access to the ocean. We could walk to many stores and restaurants. Great location. It was a beautiful home and very comfortable.

What a great place to stay!

Location was awesome, less than a 1 minute walk from the beach and a fishing pier. We’ve been doing Tybee all wrong! This rental changed the way we viewed the island, for the better! Tybee has always been a destination of convenience, rather than experience. Off the strip, but close enough to walk there with children! Less than a 10min walk to the pier, shops, restaurants, etc.. . . the roof top balcony was a nice touch!

Really Nice

Nice house, nicely furnished. Be aware that it is located on a beach access with parking so it was kind of busy and noisy. Thanks goodness for the 10 pm noise ordinance. Our only complaint is that it didn't have a dining table. It does have a dining bar that seats 4 but the chairs aren't tall enough.

Tybee Island Home

Great location-close to one of the piers on the Back River. Despite the public parking next to the house, it was quiet and no street noise. Nice space but more than 2 couples or 4 people would be cramped. If you can not do stairs-this is NOT the house for you. Also, the owner does monitor the outside camera, so if you are the type that doesn't follow the rules, this is also not the place for you. We would gladly stay there again-the property manager is very responsive and just the best!
