The Space:

The open-plan living area is designed for easy holiday living, with a generous charcoal modular lounge positioned beneath high ceilings and opposite a widescreen TV. Timber flooring adds warmth to the space, while sliding doors open directly onto the balcony, allowing fresh air and birdsong to become part of your day.



Overlooking the living space, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, ample bench space, and a breakfast bar for casual meals or morning coffee. Adjacent, the timber dining table sits beside expansive windows that frame the surrounding trees, making every meal feel connected to the peaceful bushland beyond. Air-conditioning keeps the space comfortable all day. Outside, the covered balcony extends the living space with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ overlooking established native vegetation. It's an inviting place to begin the day with breakfast in the fresh air or linger over dinner as the surrounding trees create a sense of privacy and tranquillity.



Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with queen beds, ceiling fans, and built-in storage. Two separate modern shower rooms, each finished with walk-in glass showers and contemporary vanities, offer added convenience for couples or friends travelling together. Positioned just a short walk or cycle from Dunsborough Town Centre via the nearby leafy pathway, the villa makes it easy to balance peaceful surrounds with easy access to cafés, beaches, and local attractions. Street parking available.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Just 800 metres from Dunsborough Town Centre, the villa is connected by a leafy walking and cycling path, making it easy to reach local cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and everyday conveniences without the car. Spend your mornings swimming at nearby beaches before heading five minutes to Yallingup to explore its renowned surf break, Caves House, and Ngilgi Cave. Meelup Beach and Eagle Bay are around ten minutes away, offering calm bays, snorkelling, and scenic coastal walks. Surrounded by the celebrated Margaret River wine region, you'll also be within easy reach of boutique wineries, galleries, artisan producers, and acclaimed dining experiences.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
