Enjoy this little piece of paradise in this 1300 sq ft walkout garden suite with a private entrance, situated directly across the lake from downtown Kelowna!! Relax in the sun with your morning coffee or your glass of wine in the evening on the deck.....or soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the breath taking lake and mountain views and occasional wildlife. Just 10 minutes to downtown Kelowna and close to many of the local wineries & restaurants this is a home away from home!.

More to note, Stairs to GARDEN LEVEL walk-out suite, large living room w/ gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms, main has 4 pce ensuite & there is a 2nd small 3 pce bathroom off the living room. Kitchen has induction stove top, large toaster oven, microwave & dishwasher. 3 season sitting area w/electric fireplace & sliding doors to covered deck, fire table, barbecue and hot tub!

***FOR THE SECURITY OF OUR GUESTS AND THE SAFETY OF OUR HOME, WE HAVE AN EXTERNAL DOORBELL SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED AT THE KEYLESS ENTRY DOOR!

Please note, this is a DOG FRIENDLY property ONLY (must be booked when guests book their reservations), host is allergic to cats, so no cats allowed!!! Area rugs will be shampooed after ever guest that brings a dog!! ***DOGS ARE NOT AlLOWED ON BEDS OR FURNITURE! IF CLEANERS FIND DOG FUR ON BEDDING AN EXRA FEE WILL BE CHARGED.***

Just what we needed!

The family and I really enjoyed our stay in that it had amazing views, nice sized property and overall felt well taken care of by our hosts. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed which made us feel very welcome. Also since we love going to the wineries, our favorite ones were very close. It is also nice to be out of central Kelowna which can be a zoo and here we were close but far enough that it was very peaceful. Being with our son who is under 2 and dog this was a great setup. We are nestled in nature and lots of toys to play with. Our son couldn’t wait to use the hottub! We can’t forget the made from scratch muffins, snacks and many other food items! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Bev and George are amazing to work with, they are so hospitable and kind in every way. The property is perfect and exactly as described, highly recommend you stay here for a relaxing, beautiful and fun stay! We will be back.

Perfect location with all the amenities you could need. Very private lower suite with a beautiful sunroom, outside deck with a view that’s just “wow”!

Amazing Views

My family and I recently stayed at the property for a couple nights on the way from Victoria to Calgary to get a sense of Kelowna. The property was exactly as shown and described on VRBO. We experienced amazing views from multiple locations, including the enclosed sunroom, deck area and hot tub. The property is also located close to a number of amenities, and is near to the main highway through Kelowna. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking to experience Kelowna for themselves.

Awesome customer service.

The host Bev was very friendly and supplied us with fresh ground coffee, charcutier board, fresh muffins (gluten free for our needs) and bottle of their favorite wine. The place was amazing with lots of room for 4 people with 2 full size bedrooms. The outside area was private with hot tub (overlooking the lake), fire table and barbecue ready to go. Awesome experience.

I have been in real estate for 46 years and on my recent retirement my husband & I decided to move to beautiful Kelowna and purchase a home with the potential of a suite. With a lot of time on my hands and the desire to be keeping busy, the idea of starting up a B & B was born! We renovated an older home and put in a self contained suite, the City of West Kelowna has approved us for our business license for a Bed & Breakfast and so we begin!

This home is located on 1/3 acre in West Kelowna with views of Lake Okanagan, the mountains and downtown Kelowna. It is incredible with great views not only of the city but of the wild life when the decide to come for a visit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Available for your use is a Pack & Play, an infant chair (high chair) and stroller. We offer complimentary grocery pick up. The two roll away cots on site can be used by adults or children can be positioned in either of the bedrooms or many areas throughout the suite upon request. PLEASE NOTE CARPETS ARE SHAMPOOED AFTER "EVERY FURRY FRIEND" VISIT!!!
