Spring discounts Available @ Muskoka Waterfront Cottage! Pet-Friendly!

Experience your own piece of Limberlost Forest & Conservation area, in this 3-bedrooom, 4 bath, lakefront cottage with your own boardwalk on wetlands.

This amazing waterfront property feature 518 ft. of shoreline on pristine Pell Lake, highlighting complete privacy on 7+ acres adjoining conservation wetlands and forest, “Starlink” Internet and only 15 min. to town of Huntsville. Outdoor amenities include wrap-around- deck, patio with BBQ, screened in gazebo, fire pit, a canoe and 2 kayaks.

Our cottage is packed with amenities including complete kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, study and a rec room with pool and games tables. Some additional indoor features include, LCD & 4K TVs with Soundsystem, unlimited high speed Internet from Starlink, and washer/dryer. The cottage also has a new Generac generator that turn on automatically during power outages so that you can enjoy your stay without any hassle.

Our property has a beautiful 5 foot wide wooden boardwalk that leads you to the private lakefront dock with maximum privacy. Enjoy the day by the lake swimming, canoeing or kayaking in the crystal clear waters of Pell Lake. If water activities and sun is not your thing, grab a book and relax inside the screened in gazebo with a view of the lake. Enjoy a quiet evening by the fire pit or gather with the family for a barbecued dinner on the back deck.

We had a lovely and peaceful week. The cottage is spacious, very clean and has lots of comfortable spaces. The deck and screened-in gazebo are fantastic. We loved taking the kayaks out on the lake, which is calm and beautiful. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice—it was even better in person. Super spacious, spotless, and in a great location. We loved kayaking on the water (so peaceful!) and the fire pit was beautiful and cozy. There were a lot of guidelines and helpful notes, which made everything super clear and easy. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

We spend a very pleasant and enjoyable week at the Cottage. Junia was very attentive and always reachable when we had a question. The location of the house and the surroundings are just wonderful and we and the kids really enjoyed the boats and the private lake. The house was even more spacious than we had expected, and we had everything we needed during our stay. If it would not be that far away, we would definately come back to this beautiful place.

Lake of Bays cottage

I want to tell you how much we enjoyed our 9 days at the cottage of Junia Fernando in Muskoka, Ontario. The host, Junia respond immediately to any of our request. Her home was lovely with all the amenities we needed and was very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the woods close to the city on Huntsville.Barbara.

Relaxing escape from the city

This cottage is amazing, really large and very clean. Lot's of comfortable seating areas to relax and spend time with friends or family. Really comfortable beds, a great kitchen and a pool table which is nice to have. Probably the most important part that can't really be captured in the pictures or descriprion is how friendly and helpful the host is.

Quiet and secluded cottage for a nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and exactly as pictured. The property is well isolated. You don't see nor hear any neighbours which was exactly the vibe we were going for. Junia was a great host and was accessible for any questions. We would stay again.

Family gathering

This property is very clean & spacious. Our family really enjoyed the indoor & outdoor spaces. The host provides everything you need for preparing meals. We also enjoyed hiking, the canoe & kayaks. Excellent communication for any questions or concerns.

Great stay

This is a beautiful house which is located within a 15 minute drive from Huntsville. The house itself is very spacious and is very tidy and clean throughout. As we stayed over Christmas the house was decorated accordingly giving it a very homely feel. It is close to the lake but also has lots of ground around it giving you lots of privacy. Junia was an excellent host and was great at staying in contact and answering any queries we had. She also went above and beyond organising for the driveway to be ploughed after heavy snowfall.We would definitely recommend staying here!

Hi Junia, My family and I had a wonderful time at your cottage. The number of beds was great with seven of us. The cottage was very clean more than large enough for our family.The pool table was great fun. The table for cards and games really served us well.Everyone had a great time fishing and we caught some good size fish.Huntsville is a delightful town. Good for groceries and shopping.Limberlost Forest was very beautiful with its carvings and garden and a small beach. Many trails for people that like to hike.We checked out Arrowhead Provincial Park. Beautiful. Many large sites. Will probably camp there sometime.Would recommend this cottage to anyone.Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.Corrie & family

Great house in peaceful setting

Big house can accommodate large family. Most well equipped house we have ever rented. Kitchen well stocked. Storage labeled so makes it easy to find things. Plenty of water toys to enjoy on the peaceful and private lake. Fire pit was enjoyable at night. Communication with property manager excellent. Highly recommend

Our Family Day Weekend Stay - Feb 2023

Great cottage for families like ours. We stayed with friends and a total of four adults and three kids. We had plenty of space. Beautiful location next to the lake, even in winter. You feel very private. The cottage offered everything listed from a great entertainment room in the basement to a BBQ on the deck which we also used. Junia is a great host and very responsive to any requests.

Beautiful cottage, secluded setting. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, as is the setting. Nicely secluded yet still close to Huntsville, which is a lovely town. There is plenty of space; it was clean and felt very welcoming. There were six of us and we were quite comfortable. The owner, Junia, took great care in decorating and making it feel like an ideal cottage experience. The firepit blankets were a nice touch. It was warm enough that we were able to enjoy some canoeing. Junia was helpful when I had questions, before and during our stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Cottage

We had a lovely stay on Pell Lake. The cottage is well appointed, clean and beautifully maintained. Junia has thought of everything you might need! There is lots of room both inside and out. Whether it's canoeing, kayaking or a game of pool, there is something for everyone. Don't miss a trip to the Limberlost Forest for great swimming and hiking and Ragged Falls Provincial Park, just down the road. Junia was an attentive host and very quick to respond to any questions. This would be a great spot for a fall getaway.

Great place!

We had such a good time! The location is great. On a lake with a lot of privacy . The cottage is very spacious, very well organized and has everything you need. Very well equipped. We really felt we are in a cottage land but not too far from the city ( if needed). The surrounding are very well maintained and beautiful. There were so many things to do! Canoeing, enjoying the views of the lake, hiking, playing pool, reading. In the evening we enjoyed sitting by the fire, chatting and. Great place! Very much recommended.

Best tent ever

Loved our late summer stay at Limberlost Road! So very close to all we wanted- Algonquin paddling and hiking with a most comfortable roof over our heads. We brought our own kayaks so we did not use the ones at house but realized after a dip off the dock that using the paddle board to reach a little deeper water would be the best for swimming as it is shallow and a bit mucky right off the dock. We also enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails right on the dock overlooking Pell Lake! The location was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the house had all we needed. Junia was quick to answer any questions we had and offered excellent advice on restaurants! All in all, as these backcountry paddlers say, best tent ever!

Great place to stay with friends or family!

Junia’s home is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. The amenities were appreciated and all in great condition - kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, and games room in the basement with a pool table. The kitchen is well-organized with labels on each drawer so you can find what you’re looking for (and includes any piece of kitchen equipment you could think of). There is a dock leading into the water. I will say the water is quite murky and weedy. However, there are several nice beaches nearby (we visited the Dwight Beach 10 minutes away and it was great). Junia is a great host - quick to respond and always available. Thank you Junia!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property.An absolute beautiful, clean and nicely designed home on Pell Lake in Lake of Bays region.This Vacation Property was much larger than we expected but still has the coziness of a warm home.Large kitchen and dining area, with a fully stocked kitchen and the fact that sugar, coffee, tea and your basic spices were provided was a nice surprise! A vast deck with BBQ & outdoor dinning easily sits 8 or more adults.Spacious bedrooms, complete finished basement with gaming & pool table. Excellent WiFi and access to 100s of channels, movies, sports to name a few.The minute walk from the cottage to the dock was so peaceful. We spent alot of time on the dock, sitting on the adirondack chairs and soaking up the sun. The view of the stars from the dock was spectacular at night!Canoe, kayaks and life jackets available with floating devices were a big hit with the whole family.Canoeing on the calm peaceful lake was wonderful.Excellent location with all your retail chains for shopping, dining, Groceries, pharmacies to name a few just 10 mintes away. Dwight beach was a wonderful surprise just 15 minutes drive with a sand beach.The owner Junia was very helpful and responded to all requests promptly.I would highly recommend this wonderful vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Thank you Junia.
