Enjoy an open-concept living area with access to the deck area where you will find gorgeous lake views! Gather with your family or friends around the dining table and enjoy the natural light flowing in from the windows. Cook up a great meal in the fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and updated kitchen cabinets. Bonus--this third-floor unit has elevator access.

Head into the two King bedrooms for a great night's sleep or to catch up on your favorite show! One of the bedrooms offers an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the other has a hallway bathroom with a shower-- two bathrooms make getting ready a breeze! The separate laundry has a full-size washer and dryer. Your getaway includes $400 worth of tickets to some of Branson's top attractions.

Elevators are owned and maintained by the Condo Owners Association at Treehouse Condos. There are elevators in buildings 9, 12/13 (attached buildings that share an elevator), and building 14. Rent Branson is not affiliated with the Condo Owners Association and is not responsible for non-working elevators. No refunds will be given if one is out of service during your stay.

Home away from home!

We stayed at Scotch Pine 1309 for the weekend. We didn't spend a lot of time there, as we were at a competition during the days, but when we were there, it felt like we were at home. It was so cozy! The view of the lake is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were updated. Very nice stay!

Short getaway

Great location and view of the lake. Very comfortable. Only thing was carpet was in need of a deep cleaning otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Truly enjoyable!

I couldnt have asked for a better stay! Very quiet and peaceful. Condo was very well furnished with everything you need. The only thing that I would recommend would be a Keurig type coffee maker instead of the drip kind. Other than that, I wouldnt change a thing. Very very good!

The condo was spacious with nice views of the lake, but the carpet was stained and the decor, furniture, and flooring need to be updated. The condo was clean except for a few bugs in the closet. It was also equipped except the ironing board was missing. The automated system for guest services was very impersonal. Overall, this condo would be great if completely updated.

We love staying at Treehouse Condos! Upon arrival the door code was not working, not sure why, but it took us nearly an hour to finally get inside (with help from the team over the phone). We had just left Silver Dollar City and were exhausted and the kids had to go to the bathroom!! I would get the keyless entry on this unit looked at so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Other than that, the stay was great. Thank you

Truly enjoyable!

This has to be the best location we have ever stayed in Branson! The condo was very well furnished. The balcony was my favorite place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view. Very quite with no traffic noise. No noisy neighbors or parties going on. Absolutely loved it! The only problem we had was when we first got there, the keypad would not recognize the code we were to use to get in. After a phone call to the office, we were guided step by step on how to find the key that would let us in. However, no one ever came to repair the keypad like we were told they would. But it didnt matter becau se we had the key in our possession. I would definitely stay here again!!

Scotch Pine - 1309

*Arrived to property late (which we knew we would) to find the code did not work. Was on the phone with the emergency number for 30 plus minutes trying to gain access into the unit. End result was she had to change my code for it to work. *The carpets had stains all over them in the living room and dining room. I did read they periodically clean them, but this was some sort of liquid that had been spilled, not general use of things getting tracked in from shoes. I took pictures to have a time stamp that they were old when we arrived. *The master bedroom bathroom - the toilet had some sort of residue in it. I flushed it before I used it and it just circled. I had to plunge it for it to empty. (not something I thought I had to do just arriving to the unit). *The master bedroom bed is very uncomfortable; Other bedroom bed was great. *The master bedroom night stand (when looking at the bed on the left) has/had a bunch of trash under it - had to move it out to plug in a phone charger also had lots of dead bugs along the baseboard behind the night stand and bed.
