A dining table for six offers space for shared meals or game nights. Open the door to your private deck and take in sweeping lakefront views while dining outdoors at the table for six, firing up the grill, or unwinding in one of the additional lounge chairs.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available.

• This fourth-floor unit is accessible by elevator for guest convenience. 44 steps are required to reach the main entrance if using the stairs.

• Portable crib available.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
