Located moments from downtown Chatham, this charming condo fulfills your vacation checklist with direct private beach access and proximity to the vibrant offerings of Main Street.

The first floor unveils an open living plan featuring a family room, dining room, kitchen, and a recently renovated full bathroom with a shower, along with the convenience of a washer/dryer. Step through a sliding glass door from the dining area to an outdoor haven with a gas grill and a table for al fresco dining.

Ascend to the second floor to find two spacious, sun-soaked bedrooms adorned with high, airy ceilings. The primary bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace for remote endeavors, opens to a deck with sweeping views of the water and the Outermost Harbor Marina. Savor a beverage at the high-top table (seats 4) or unwind in one of the 2 loungers while relishing the picturesque sunrise or sunset. The second bedroom features a full over full bunk-bed with a twin trundle bed and offers both water views and a charming vista of the Chatham Lighthouse.

Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Perfect quiet location on private beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location in relation to the beach was perfect for having 2 young kids. The sliding glass doors on the tub made bathing the kids a little hard. The queen mattress in the master bedroom is pretty worn and contoured. It was nice and unexpected to have extra paper products, laundry, and cleaning supplies. The foam cooler greatly came in handy while shopping and dining out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would rent this condo again.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located on a wonderful beach and has a 5-star location. The house itself is newly renovated and spacious. That said, it is advertised as "sleeps 6" but it only has three beds (and three blankets!) and a pull-out in the same room as the bunk bed (but no blanket available). The bathrooms are nice and spacious. The kitchen is okay but lacks a number of "Cape Cod essentials" such as a large pot (for lobster or corn), an oyster knife, wine glasses, etc. It also has no beach equipment (no beach chairs), and the gas was empty for the BBQ. Furthermore, the heating was broken (it turned burning hot when turning it on). We would come back given the excellent location, but I think it would be great to have a pull-out couch on the first floor, more blankets and pillows, and a better-equipped kitchen and beach utilities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was very nice. We have stayed at this location in the past when it was owned by someone else. The new owners have not equipped the kitchen adequately unless you are staying as a single person or wash glasses after every meal. The place was filthy upon arrival but the rental service addressed the issue quickly but we had to wait a couple hour before we could get in the unit. Glad we had not purchased any perishable food. Makes you wonder how thoroughly cleaned it was. I do not care for the hardwood floors as they always feel gritty no matter how often you sweep or vacuum. There is a total lack of reading lamps, just harsh overhead lighting. Probably will find something else next time for an easily equivalent amount of money.

We’ve stayed at several of the condos in this complex. The location is great - close to downtown Chatham and steps away from a quiet beach. This is the nicest unit we’ve been to - nicer bathrooms and it has a true 2 bedroom setup (vs. 1 bedroom with loft). However, the renting experience was the least positive of the condos we’ve stayed in. The management company has set it up to be operationally efficient for them, but not pleasant for guests.- As other guest noted, no linens/towels is annoying. They are clear about this so I don’t fault them for it, but it’s annoying nonetheless. - Communication and contracting is not streamlined. They require a separate contract to be signed and then send a lot of communications all of which are very cookie cutter and hard to know what applies to your rental vs. others they manage. I had to bounce back and forth between their emails, texts, and VRBO to get the info I needed - They ask that you clean before leaving. Wiping counters and vacuuming. I dont believe this was disclosed upfront, but possible it was buried in the aforementioned contract. - The cleaning crew wasn’t done until 4:45 when we arrived (4pm check-in); it wasn’t really that big of a deal, we waited, but not ideal - Maintenance had to change batteries on the lock while we were there. They alerted us they would come on Wednesday while we were out. No problem. Except they entered w/o notice on Thursday and didn’t even knock - Bunk bedroom was musty

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, its location, and the updated two-bedroom layout. We did want to clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. Linens and towels are not provided at this property, and this is disclosed in the property details, rental agreement, pre-arrival emails, and text communications. We understand that may not be every guest’s preference, which is precisely why we communicate it multiple times before arrival. Likewise, our pre-arrival communication is intentionally thorough. We manage a large number of individually owned vacation homes, each with different amenities and requirements, and experience has taught us that important information can easily be missed if it is communicated only once. We would rather over-communicate than have a guest arrive unaware of something important about their rental. The request at departure is for basic guest responsibilities such as leaving the home orderly and following the checkout instructions; it is not a request that guests perform the turnover cleaning. We do apologize that the cleaning crew was still finishing when you arrived at 4:00 PM. A 4:45 completion is later than it should have been, even during a busy turnover day. Regarding the lockbox, the only communication from our office was to let guests know that the condominium association planned to replace lockbox batteries. We agree that anyone entering the unit should knock and announce themselves, and we appreciate you bringing that particular concern to our attention. We’re pleased that overall you found this to be the nicest unit you’ve stayed in within the complex, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how and why we communicate with our guests.
