The Palm Tree Loft, a private, self-contained top-level open plan retreat in Green Point. Lake is at road end, 5 mins drive to Erina Fair, 2 mins drive to Green Point shops and Six Strings Brewery, 12 mins drive to Avoca, Terrigal & Copacabana beaches. Enjoy lake glimpses from the balcony, queen bed ( + pull-out couch for a 3rd and 4th person) bath w 2 sinks, kitchenette, Weber BBQ w side burner, Nespresso, appliances, TV, air-con & fans.
Note: this is a self-contained unit on the top level of our house
The Palm Loft is a light-filled, open plan space ideal for couples or small families. The main room features a comfortable queen bed and two pull-out single couches for extra guests or children. The large, lockable bathroom includes a double-size bath and his and hers vanity sinks, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Next to the bathroom is a designated makeup station complete with lighting and jewellery cupboards.
A well-equipped kitchenette provides everything for simple meals, including a fridge, microwave, toaster, multi cooker, small air fryer, rice cooker, electric wok and Nespresso pod machine. The side burner on the bbq can be used as stove top. Whole house water filter fitted so all water is drinkable.
Step outside to your private patio with full size outdoor dining table and a Weber BBQ and enjoy meals whilst watching the sunset lake glimpses and tropical surrounds .
Undercover car park available at entrance, amd more parking available on the street.
Access is via outdoor stairs at our main entrance so you may see us upon entry/exit.
Guests have full access to The Palm Loft, a self-contained private space located on the top level of our home. The entrance is via a set of outdoor stairs, so please note it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Youâll have your own private balcony, kitchenette, bathroom, and living area to enjoy. We live in the home below and are available if you need anything, but we respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at ease during your stay
