Quick Hoboken Visit

Had a few days of work in Hoboken, and this property was in a great location, easily accessible, and very clean. I would definitely stay again!

The unit was clean and easily accessible. In a great area of Hoboken near all the shops and restaurants. Danny, the host was friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

The front door deadlock is broken and held on the door with tape. There is no working dishwasher, not only did we have to hand wash dishes but certainly they were not santizied before check in. The washer and dryer did not work. The wifi was slow and intermittent. There is significant water daage in the bathroom, and the ceiling was falling from water damage and held in place with packing tape.The bedroom lights didn't all work, there was a fan so dirty it is likely a fire hazard, and very very noisy. I will be asking for a a refund, the experience did not match the listing and i felt unsafe without a properly locking door.

This is a great place to stay with your family. All the public transport is very accessible and it is my first time to come to New York. Great communication, and a very clean house with great ambiance.

Comfortable Property in Great Location

We were in Hoboken to visit Steven's and go in to NYC. This was a great place with easy access to both items. great pizza and breakfast joint nearby so everything was covered for our stay.

Awesome place in Hoboken

Clean, neat, cozy, quiet. Walk to public transportation was quick. Lots of local shops and food options. Great location.

Location, location, location. This apartment was clean and cozy. But you can't beat the location. It's central to restaurants and shopping. And is a walk to all transportation to NYC and NJ. We'll be back

Vacation

The property is perfect located on the main avenue! You can walk to the train path or wait for the bus just across or around the block. Great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, waking distance to the Hudson River, great time to walk on the harbor! We will come back! 5 days were not enough to see everything !

Hoboken visit

Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options.

Clean and Comfortable, great location, everything should work for that price.

Pros: Clean and Comfortable, Plenty of space, Kitchen was well equipped, and had extra paper towels and trash bags. Board games in the living room. Washer/dryer in the unit which was very nice. Cons: Dishwasher was inop and it has been for a while. A/C unit in the bedroom is noisy and inadequate. We ran it flat out the entire time and had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Water pressure in shower is inadequate. I requested a new shower head from Danny on the morning of my third day. He said it would be looked at; however, nothing was done. I did think it was interesting he switched phone numbers and switched to WhatsApp. There were only two sets of towels. I would have expected more. The closet in the bedroom is not wide enough to hang clothes, but there are hooks on the back of the bedroom door. Location is excellent, right on Washington street, however, the bedroom is street side. You will get all the noise and light you would expect from main street.
