Be the first to enjoy a relaxing Getaway in this brand new suite. Breathe in the fresh mountainous air that surrounds you as you step outside onto your private balcony and watch Eagles fish the Columbia River.
Please Note that the CP Rail Train Tracks are about 200 Feet away from the property situated between our property and the Columbia River. We are about 6 Kilometers South from the CP Rail Yard located within the Town of Golden. The trains move quite slowly as they are either just arriving from their destination, or just leaving from the Rail Yard. We provide Ear Plugs for any light sleepers.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
1. Locals must communicate with us before booking
2. No more than 2 persons in the unit. Violation will result in immediate removal of all guests without a refund
3. Each guest will respect and follow all community guidelines within the property
4. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by through either the house manual or check-in guide. You also agree that you will not contact your host before reading your house manual
5. A $200 per day penalty will be applied if there is any form of smoking within the unit. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the unit.
6. A $50 late checkout fee will be applied if your checkout is unauthorized to be late. Checkout time is 11:00 A.M. Mountain Standard Time
7. It is agreed by you, the guest, to take responsibility for losses due to the above situations. If any broken rules lead to cancellation of the next guest, this refund is to be paid by you, the guest.
8. You agree that you, the guest, are booking in goodwill with your host, and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling or the host, in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay, or if you are to lose a resolution.
Please, no parties as there are neighbours and sound travels. Please respect them as they will you.

I was born and raised in Golden, BC. My family has been involved in the rental business as well as building/development business for over 50 years. It started with my grandfather and has stayed a family passion to us grandchildren.
Golden has many hidden gems that make it one of the most beautiful places in the country. People just donât quite know about all of the opportunities this town has to offer; which is the main reason my brother and I have ventured down this rental avenue.
From earning my degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, to Bartending at one of Calgary, Albertaâs busier downtown bars/club/Pub (Hudsons Canadaâs Pub), I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of amazing people.
Building relationships with people is what I love to do as the world is small, and life is short, and what better way to do this than the short term rental avenue.
Our goal is to make each of our places feel like YOUR home. With that being said, should you book with us, please always leave us a suggestion on how we can improve. We can only get better together.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
My grandfather originally had built this building in 1971 where my father and his siblings were raised. Fast forward 50 years later, it was time for an upgrade. We took this building and stripped it to the original framework and started renovating. We repurposed the old roof and turned them into closets and shelving. The headboards in these units are also repurposed from the original build.

The view is unbeatable. No where can you stay where you can wake up and look directly outside of your window and watch an Eagle swoop down to catch its food.
The first thing you see when you look outside your window is the large Mountains with an unobstructed view.
