Zeally Bay Hideaway has been beautifully styled with a calm and spacious feel that you're sure to love. Featuring 4 bedrooms (6 adults, 4 children), 3 bathrooms, designer kitchen, beautiful indoor-outdoor living spaces, high quality bedding, off street parking and a fabulous outdoor heated pool. This boutique-style accommodation is located in the heart of Old Torquay, you'll be able to enjoy the luxury of walking to beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and surf shops.

Prestige Hideaways is the proud host of the fabulous home!

Zeally Bay Hideaway has 4 bedrooms (2 with an ensuite); the master with king bed, 2 rooms with queen beds and the 4th room with 2 king single bunk beds. Please note: there is a maximum of 6 adults only.

Downstairs:

Downstairs comprises beautiful polished concrete floors with underground heating throughout the open plan living area (meals, kitchen, butlers pantry and sitting area). Bifold and sliding doors open out from these areas onto north facing outdoor sitting, lounge and pool areas. The pool is both solar and gas heated and can reach 30 degrees within a couple of hours of being turned on.
Outside there is also a built in gas BBQ and meals area which captures beautiful morning sunlight, but is then shaded from the hot afternoon sun.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after arriving home from the beach.

In the downstairs area there is also a separate TV room with direct views onto the pool.

A bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, laundry with washer and dryer, and powder room are also downstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele oven and steam oven, gas stove top, separate drinks fridge and all appliances. There is a Breville Oracle coffee machine for freshly ground coffee.

Upstairs:

Upstairs comprises the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite.

There are an additional 2 bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 king single size bunk beds, both these rooms share a beautiful large bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate powder room.

There is also a lovely rumpus room/reading room/study with north facing bay windows. Air conditioning and heating to all rooms both upstairs and downstairs tops off this home!

This is a gated property with off street parking.

All linen and towels are provided. We request that guests bring their own beach/pool towels.

Guests will not have access to the garage area- guests are able to park in driveway which is gated from the street.

Our guests will have access to a Private 'Guest Portal' on the Prestige Hideaways web page. You will be issued with the password when your booking is confirmed. This contains many local recommendations for the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast. We recommend you plan ahead and /make your reservations to avoid missing out./

Zeally Bay Hideaway is in a brilliant location, you'll be able to walk to the beach, shops, park, cafes and restaurants, supermarket and the surf shop precinct!

Torquay is lovely and flat so walking is a very easy way to move around. Bikes and prams will have no problems either.

Please note - the stair case is unable to have a child safety gate fitted and therefore this property may not be suitable for young children.

Prestige Hideaways Terms and Conditions for Guests staying in this property.
• All guest must respect this property and understand this is someone else’s home who is allowing you to enjoy it. Please treat it with utmost care.
• Please report any damage, or breakages immediately to Prestige Hideaways, this way we can arrange a replacement or repair as soon as possible. On some occasions a repair person may need to enter the property, but this will always be communicated to the guest prior.
• Any damage, breakages or theft will be paid for by the guest
• Prestige Hideaways expects the guest who is booking to be present and available during their entire stay.
• There is to be no excessive noise, no loud music and we ask you to respect the neighbors.
• Guests may be outside no later than 10pm, this is to limit the disturbance to the neighbors. Loud talking and laughing travels far late at night and is very annoying for neighbors.
• Guests who book through Prestige Hideaways must be over the age of 30.
• Guests who stay for longer periods of time (eg. over 1 month) will be asked to cover the cost of water/gas/electricity if found that an above average/excessive amount has been used.
• Parties, Bucks, Hens and Schoolies groups are not able to book any property managed by Prestige Hideaways. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the booking being cancelled and guests evicted immediately without any refund. Airbnb will also be notified. Any damage, breakages, excess rubbish or missing items will be charged to the guest for compensation.
• There is to be no smoking, illegal drugs or drunken disorderly behavior. If it is found there has been smoking inside there will be a $500 fine.
• All furniture, cushions and throws are to be placed back where they were found
• Check in time is strictly from 3pm unless arranged prior with Prestige Management
• Check out time is strictly from 10am unless arranged prior with Prestige Management, keys are to be placed back in the lockbox and the code scrambled.
• Guests are to ensure they have checked the Departure Checklist before leaving, failure to follow the Departure Checklist will result in further charges.
• Our Cleaners will assess if the property requires ‘over and above’ the ‘Standard clean’ after your stay, please leave the property in a respectable neat and tidy manner to avoid any further cleaning charges.
• Guests are responsible for the keys to the property; any loss of keys will incur a $120 charge; any loss of a garage or gate remote will incur an additional $350.
• Any guest who requires ‘out of hours’ (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) access to the property due to lost keys etc. will be charged a $200 call out fee.
• All linen and towels are provided for your stay (excluding beach towels), any damage caused to the linen or towels will be charged to the guest for compensation.
• When making a booking with Prestige Hideaways we will ask you to provide us with a run down of who will be staying at the property, this is for safety reasons. There is to be no extra guests sleep at the property unless communicated with Prestige Hideaways.
• If the property has been damaged by issues out of our control (e.g.- house fire or a flood) and we are unable to allow guests to stay in the property, then Prestige Hideaways will offer a full refund to the guest.
• In the event of a COVID Government Lockdown, Prestige Hideaways will offer the guest to reschedule the booking at no cost to the guest.
• In the event of the guest contracting COVID whilst staying in a property managed by Prestige Hideaways, the guest will be charged for a deep clean of the property.
• Prestige Hideaways takes no responsibility for any of the guest’s personal property, this includes breakages, theft or damage.
• If the property you are staying features (but not limited to) a trampoline, pool, spa, playground, staircase, indoor fire, outdoor fire, bath or jacuzzi, it is the adults full responsibility to ensure the safety of children at all times.

Large and comfortable house

A lovely house. Very good facilities. Great to see so many day to day supplies provided. We don’t get that in Europe.Comfortable beds. Good showers.Heated pool was a boon.Only downside was furniture outside was looking a big tired.

We booked the house for our family as our daughter was getting married. The house and location were fantastic. Melissa was great to deal with. A positive experience all round.

Stunning

4 night stay with 2 families. Plenty of space for the nine of us. Complete comfort - furnished beautifully. Beds, pillows, linen comfortable. The kitchen was incredible, although draws took a bit of getting use to. Large fridge/freezer plus a drinks fridge. Freezer draw as full of ice which gave us a smile - open plan living with plenty of reason for enjoying good food and wines. The coffee machine was put to use and was brilliant to have in the house. The pool was the highlight though - lovely and warm and perfectly clean with stunning tiles throughout. The selection of board/games were used amongst the kids and a tricky puzzle kept us entertained. We had a very comfortable and relaxing few days. Easy walk to shops and surf. Melissa was prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay - Thank-you. We had a great time and would highly recommend Zeally Bay Hideaway.

Tranquil Family Retreat

Fantastic location and beautiful property. The children loved Solar/ gas heater pool as we didn't get the best weather. Great space for the whole family, never felt we were on top of each other. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family long weekend

Zeally Bay hideaway has a wow impression. The numerous living spaces, good sized kitchen & sufficient number of bedrooms made it very comfortable to stay in. The heated pool was very well used by all! The negatives were full dustbins when we arrived, frustration in closing kitchen cupboards, very dirty around bbq area (& cobwebs everywhere)

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! House was clean and conveniently located close to the shops. The children enjoyed the beautifully heated Swiming pool. Melissa was so helpful and easy to deal with. We hope to be back again!

Wonderful home

We have rented several homes over the years for a quick getaway. This one is right up there. It is a beautiful property. .Everything has been done with great taste and lacks nothing.It is close to the beach and shops. Had a great time.

Extremely disappointed.

We stayed here, as a family, the night before my daughter’s wedding. We took perfect care of the property and enjoyed the house’s close proximity to the main streets of Torquay. However, the downstairs toilet wasn’t working, the house was covered in cobwebs, the property manager was absolutely disgusting to deal with, and we were charged extra for filling up the bins (accumulating rubbish as a family of 5 over a 3 day period is surely not unheard of). In addition to that, we were accused of doing a puzzle that was actually already complete and sitting on top of a wardrobe when we arrived — we never touched it — and charged extra for ‘moving furniture’. The only furniture we moved was 2 kitchen stools to an upstairs bathroom. We have never stayed at such a disappointing property. Do not stay here unless you want to be charged extra for absolutely no reason, and unless you like being verbally abused over the phone. An absolutely horrific experience, and a filthy property. Do not stay here.
