Our lovely well appointed modern townhouse is set back from the road which gives a secluded and peaceful feeling but still only being a 10 minute stroll into Torquay town.
With two separate living spaces split over two levels, it's set up perfectly for one family or couples and has everything you'll need for a short or long stay. There is a lovely private courtyard with outdoor furniture, a sun drenched deck upstairs and a bbq for those warmer summer months - we can't wait to host you!
The house configuration is as follows:
3 x queen bedrooms (one with ensuite)
2 x bathrooms (one ensuite)
1 x separate toilet (downstairs)
1x sofa bed (on request & BYO linen)
There are two main living areas with comfy sofas in and a TV in each of the rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There are split systems to keep the house cool in summer.
For entertaining there are both indoor and outdoor dining tables including a bbq.
All linen and towels are included ensuring your stay is hassle free! BYO beach towels.
