There are two master suites including one suite on the main level. Awesome location just one house from the Assawoman Bay and located in a quiet private community only a short stroll from an uncrowded beach where you can walk for miles. Features include central air conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 TVs, WiFi, charcoal Grill and outside shower. Relax with family and friends out on the open spacious deck and screen porch, including a pool spa hot tub and fire pit while enjoying cool sea breezes! Enjoy long afternoons alongside the community swimming pool or a game of tennis on the community courts. Bright and beachy decor brimming with coastal charm makes this the perfect family place to make special beach vacation memories.
