Fabulous location
This is the second time we have stayed at this house, in October, and we loved it yet again. The weather was fabulous! It has a spectacular location right on the beach and between two small nature parks. It's a great nature spot for watching birds and dolphins. The house is rented through an agent (for whom you pay extra to cover their listing the property on VRBO) and I would say the first time we rented (different agent) the check in was much simpler and less daunting. (As has every other check in been with VRBO properties.) They also need a new cleaning team as the kitchen floor and counter needed wiping and some dishes put away and a chair on the deck had a large coffee spill down it. But everything else regarding the house was clean and really lovely, as before. It has very comfortable and nice furnishings. We stayed with two of our daughters, one son-in-law and a toddler and it was very comfortable for everyone - both those teleworking and those on vacation. The local restaurants were fabulous - especially Capt. Mac's Fishhouse - gorgeous sunset views across the bay while you eat great food. We love the house and where it's located.
