The condo was lovely and clean with fresh linens for the beds, clean towels in each bathroom. Kitchen was very clean and we cooked there four nights and four breakfast meals and had every pot and utensil that we needed. Dishes, silverware, and serving bowls were plentiful. Refrigerator was spotless as was the stove. We enjoyed mornings out on the patio watching the geese on the lake. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I would go again in a heartbeat if I could gather my grandchildren together all at the same time again.!

Really enjoyed my stay! The host was super responsive and the home felt clean and cozy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bedroom mattress to something firmer. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great amenities, clean condo, fast response and convenient location at an affordable price

Loved everything about this rental. Very detailed guide was provided to us upon arrival. Condo has everything you would need and they did a great job in keeping the place clean. Can see Big Boulder from the back porch.Highlight is still the price. It was very affordable and a great stay if you plan on skiing the area.

Great location and beautiful views. It did not seem as though anyone had stayed there in a while and no reviews before us so a little dusty, but otherwise very nice stay.

Just got back from a wonderful Labor Day weekend trip The place was really clean and nice. Such a nice community. We love this area so much they is the second unit we have stayed in. The location is so quiet and relaxing. This is NOT for the partying crowd. This lake and community are for those that want family friendly relaxing experience.

We had a wonderful experience. You can walk right out of the unit and be lakeside in seconds. Our hostess was very responsive and followed up after we settled in. I would definitely rent again if the unit was available.

When I booked, not being a tech wizard, called and emailed messages and never got responses. My daughter texted when we arrived and communication was ok. We were allowed early check-in. My granddaughter found fake eyelash stuck on her comforter, empty chip bag under bottom bunk. View is wonderful, lake view is gorgeous. The condo is overpriced because it needed a lot of maintenance and repairs. Toilet seat in second bathroom was broken off at hinge, took 3 days for replacement. Had to go out and buy a new toilet paper roller. Main bath toilet leaked and had towels wrapped around. My son had to screw on a kitchen cabinet door. Condo itself is dark and damp. Nothing ever dried. Colleen, contact person, said there’s no maintenance staff. Unimaginable at 2300 a week. Complex has really rundown since our visit two years ago. This will be the last. If you’re looking for comfort choose another condo. If all you want is to be outside, go for this condo, inside is unacceptable.

Lake view condo

Despite a colder than usual weekend, we had a great time with a beautiful view of the lake. Very close to Big Boulder ski area. Condo had plenty of towels and extra blankets. The fireplace was a bonus. Ample supplies for cooking. Also close proximity to the pool.

Lovely view

The view was amazing and the community was quaint and nice to walk around. The only problem was being on the first floor you had other walking guest looking in your place so privacy could be difficult or you had to close the curtain to the beautiful view.

Anniversary Getaway

This condo has it all! Well equipped for a short stay in a beautiful location. This is our third year of a fall getaway and have been staying in the Midland Condo’s every year. Location, lake view, privacy, walking path, fall foliage and the comforts of home make it hard to leave each year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
