Nice place and great location

Place was nice and owner was very responsive. Great location and beautiful lake view. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely view

The view was amazing and the community was quaint and nice to walk around. The only problem was being on the first floor you had other walking guest looking in your place so privacy could be difficult or you had to close the curtain to the beautiful view.

Lovely spacious property right on the shore line of boulder lake. Lots of amenities including a good size pool with plenty of loungers.

Great stay on the Lake

Great location and beautiful views. It did not seem as though anyone had stayed there in a while and no reviews before us so a little dusty, but otherwise very nice stay.

Anniversary Getaway

This condo has it all! Well equipped for a short stay in a beautiful location. This is our third year of a fall getaway and have been staying in the Midland Condo’s every year. Location, lake view, privacy, walking path, fall foliage and the comforts of home make it hard to leave each year. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Disappointing

View was the best part. Old spider webs on walls, couch. Piles of dead bugs. Dusty on back of toilet, stove. Hair in and around tub in room with bunk beds. Did not look like place was cleaned prior to us coming. A light switch was replaced prior to arriving as told to us by owner. Drywall on floor as well as plastic from packaging and old plate and trash left on table. Yellow pillows. Smelled of mold, mildew, cigarettes. Vent blowing out white particles. Couch had large tears from attached pillows being torn and unattached. Everyone who stayed went home coughing, congested, sick.

Beautiful lake-side condo

Perfect location for skiing/snowboarding. Very comfortable, well appointed condo with beautiful view of the lake. The fireplace was an added bonus!

Condo for a Quiet Lakeside Getaway

I wanted a quiet place on a lake to getaway to continue healing from surgery at the beginning of July. This listing did not disappoint! The property is exactly like the pictures - clean, cozy, well decorated and maintained. We liked the footpath that ran along the backside of the buildings. Will definitely book this listing again.

Anniversary stay

We enjoyed our Anniversary stay in the Poconos. We were disappointed that our questions were not answered before our stay. I tried asking questions in app & via email. We were surprised that the only condiments available was salt as we love pepper/spices in our food. We did enjoy the Community’s hot tub after our day of hiking & exploring the area.

Getaway on the lake

We really enjoyed this space. The pool and hot tub within walking distance and the beautiful lake view out the back were our favorite parts. My two kids loved being able to sleep on the top bunks in the big bedroom. We enjoyed the decor and that everything we needed was easily available in the kitchen and living space. Thanks!

Family Ski Weekend

We spent 2 nights and loved being 2 minutes from Big Boulder & about 15 minutes from Jack Frost. We could see the BB slopes from the condo. The kids loves the bunk beds and we loved having a king bed. The decor made the condo feel like a real mountain retreat. There were plenty of hooks and storage for all our snow gear. The beds/bedding were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The condo was clean and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood has electric car charges. We look forward to our next stay.

There was food in my son's bed and he was grossed out when he saw it in the morning after he woke up.There was stains on the kitchen chairs and on the couches.There was food particles in the kitchen drawers.The bedroom televisions did not work.The wifi did not work.

Lake view condo

Despite a colder than usual weekend, we had a great time with a beautiful view of the lake. Very close to Big Boulder ski area. Condo had plenty of towels and extra blankets. The fireplace was a bonus. Ample supplies for cooking. Also close proximity to the pool.

Place was nice and clean. Very peaceful by the lake. Only problem was trying to get access code for entrance gate. It was resolved promptly.

Responsive but disappointing customer service

Code did not work to get into the condo after an 8 hour drive. It took about 20 minutes for someone to respond, Customer service rep came to the condo and was incredibly rude. We had another issue of not being able to get into the gate. We called for help in the porting rain. She was curt and condescending. Did not have to be that way. We are the best guest - clean and kind.
