The Space:
This alluring ground-floor condo with a private splash pool offers a fresh new design with traditional Yucatan finishes. The space is wrapped in natural surroundings and exudes a soul-recharging, rejuvenating energy as you walk in, filled with light and a fabulous connection to nature.

The main spaces of this 2,260 sq ft |210 sqm condo:

- Open-plan concept with a living space with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. Open the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliders and extend the indoors to the outdoor patio and pool area.

- Incredible decor and chic Yucatan finishes throughout the space bringing nature's elements together with modern luxury and comfort. The unique materials used to construct these condos keep the temperature inside cool and comfortable.

- A hand-carved wood “picnic style” dining table to seat 6 comfortably for a relaxing sit-down meal together, plus a cute breakfast bar at the kitchen counter with two bar stools.

- A modern and fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need for preparing healthy home-cooked meals.

- A spectacular garden patio area with a private splash pool, deck, and lounge seats. Spend the day here or open the sliders and let the indoors spill into nature for some fresh air and to recharge your soul!

- Wi-Fi, Smart TV w/Netflix, some bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bath & beach towels, and a few home and bath essentials are provided complimentary during your stay.

You’ll be in heaven here and may not want to leave, but if you venture out to explore, the Riviera Maya offers tons to see and do, like beach & water sports, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Playa or Cancun, and so much more!

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and pool during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
- This condo has a perfect location just about 1.7 km | 1 mi to the vibrant Tulum town or "El Pueblito" and is located in an upscale residential neighborhood with beautiful lush walking trails with easy access to the beach road to walk or bike around town.
- The start of the beautiful beach road at Avenida Coba is 2.6 km/1.6 mi, and from there, at the fork in the road, you can go north towards Tulum Ruins or south pass loads of shops, boutiques, cafes and jungle eateries, beach hotspots and beach club entrances.
- You'll be near the ancient Mayan ruins, incredible cenotes, water sports, Tulum's famous dining, and beach hotspots, all only a few minutes away from your door.
- Close to commercial shops and grocery shopping.
- Golf courses within reach as well as cool X-park/Eco-park attractions too!

The condo is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

Stella Rentals grants you preferential beach access to ´´Playa Negroni by Tago´´. Contact your concierge to save your spot.

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

This condo is in an area with its own 24-hour guarded security.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited.
- Please, no glasses, bottles, food, or coolers in the pool. Only use disposable or plastic glasses.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condominium complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property. You can access the keys from the lockbox at the property. Check-in instructions, how to enter the gated community, and access code to the lockbox will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
