Large Oceanfront 4 Bed Corner Unit (8th Floor) - by Luxury Beach Rentals

Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 4 bedroom suite on the 8th floor was just completely remodeled with new flooring, furniture and decor! It is oceanfront with huge corner balcony and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The second room offers two double beds, the third & fourth bedroom offers one queen bed each. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.

The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Amazing Views!!!

The ocean views were amazing! The balcony is perfect to sit, relax, and watch the waves on the beach. We also saw dolphins and beautiful sunrises. The condo was clean and comfortable too. The location is great. My husband and I had a lovely, peaceful, and relaxing stay.

Space was exactly as advertised. It was a very clean space. Location was excellent as it borders the residential area. A few minor issues but otherwise a lovely space, plenty of room.

Relaxing vacation with awesome views and amenities

Our vacation stay was a most awesome experience. The room was very clean and spacious. The views were fantastic. There was a troublesome bump in the stay which was efficiently handled and resolved to our benefit. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We are looking forward to returning again.

Wonderful Stay

A group of eight family and friends stayed for 7 days and loved the condo. It was exactly as listed including the rooms and view. We were very please with everything the unit offered. Would definitely rent it again and recommend it to others.

Highly Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we noticed many things were broken in the unit - pots/pans, dresser in primary bedroom, fan in primary bedroom, toilet paper holder missing in primary bathroom, broken pictures on walls, and a curtain rod fell down in the 4th bedroom. After reaching out to the company who said someone would be coming the next day to fix the curtain rod and bring extra towels that were missing, no one every showed up. The AC was not working in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. And the unit was not as clean or kept up with for the price paid and location of the unit. Other units on our floor had housekeeping daily and maintenance guys but we never saw or heard from anyone during our stay after my issues were submitted.

Great for Families

We enjoyed our stay and had so many options with pools or beach. Plus all the employees were nice and the place was so clean. The condo is beautiful and has the best views of the ocean from the king bedroom. Kids loved it and was roomy enough for all of us.

Myrtle Beach Condo with Oceanview

This condo is on the 8th floor with 3 balconies to enjoy the ocean/beach views. The condo was clean and decorated as in photos. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots, dishes etc to make meals. The condo management team was responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again.

Beautifully renovated condo in superb location

The condo has been beautifully renovated with new furniture, bedding, and flooring, and is not only lovely to look at but is very functional, too. The location couldn't be better, on the edge of the main beach/hotel strip (when you want activity) but with residential beach adjacent which provides more space and privacy to walk. The dining table comfortably sat all 6 of us, and the view was spectacular. I'll stay again and again.

Perfect place in Paradise

This unit and location is perfect. The floor plan was amazing for our 3-generation trip and the teens absolutely loved having their own personal balcony. The kitchen is well appointed and the utensils were in good repair. The bedding was some of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in at a VBRO. With the multitude of heated pool options including some covered for days after a little too much fun in the sun - there really is no lack of opportunity for fun. There is usually some live music down by the bar/cafe (pretty good too) and even a DJ of sorts for an hour or so in the afternoon to entertain the crowd. Also - don’t miss out on a dinner at Sea Captains House next door. It’s absolutely divine. Within easy walking distance of two gift shops, a liquor store, and a general store. The convenience was unmatched!!! Book your stay - you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for our family of 8

The unit is nicely renovated, kitchen is equipped with plenty of cookware/dishes. There is a washer/dryer in unit which is very convenient. It has a large balcony with great view of ocean/pools and two small side balconies. There are multiple pools on this property, so none were too crowded. There's a Starbucks and ice cream shop across the street, which we appreciated very much. Check in process was so easy and smooth, no waiting in line. The property itself doesn't have many luggage carts that we found at the times we arrived and left so we had to do it on trips, but there is temporary parking in the front of the building. Our family would definitely stay here again next trip to Myrtle Beach!!
