There is no icemaker but there are ice trays. New furnishings throughout. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $70, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

Please note there is no phone in this condo. Free high speed internet and HD television. It is an easy walk to beach from Madeira Beach Yacht Club.
