The property manager was great. We had a problem and she had it fix immediately. the house was great and all the comforts of home. Would stay again.

Great Fortuna Foothills getaway

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Home was comfortable and loaded with every kitchen item you would need. Hosts were easy to work with and quick to answer our questions.

The house and yard are beautiful. The kitchen has any appliance you could want, and the cabinet was well stocked with spices. Alma is a great hostess who ensures that you have everything you need. We will definitely rent this property again.

Yuma for Christmas

The house was decorated cute for Christmas. Being away from home for the holidays, it really made the kids feel more at home. The house was clean and well stocked with any cooking gadget you could need. The couch is comfy and so are the beds. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

Loved the property and the location, our host was very helpful with questions we had....however, bed covers were not clean, rug in bathroom was dirty and dishes in cupboards were not thoroughly washed. My husband ended up cleaning the front and rear porches due to all of the dirt and sand.

From the owner: "I am sorry to read this Everything is washed and disinfected after the guests leave. The rugs are washed. They are light gray and dark gray in the main bathroom, the one in the general area has some light tones, cream, beige, and aqua. They aren’t new but still doing the job. The beds are washed, they aren’t new, but aren’t ripped either. About the patios, we all know Yuma, you can clean in the morning, and a few minutes later, the wind comes up, and it is all about dirt and sand blowing everywhere, I can’t keep up, I am sorry again. My cleaning crew goes beyond to make you feel comfortable. Regarding the bikes, no matter how much maintenance we provide, the heat is overwhelming, and the tires need to be reinflated after every use. That’s why there is an air pump available with the bikes. Unfortunately, from one day to the next, the tires require air. I assure you we are doing our best to keep up with maintenance, but some issues are beyond our control. Again, we strive to ensure you are comfortable during your ride."

Good communication, friendly host, clean, well equipped property, easy check in and out. This was our first VRBO experience and we were pleasantly surprised. Comfortable Home/Great Host

Very comfortable and spacious home. Something I was concerned about was if the house would be cool in the Yuma heat, but it was not an issue...it was nice and cool. Everything we needed was in the house, and has an awesome laundry room, though we didn't use it. The owner is one of the best hosts we've ever had. Super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed.

The scooters for the children was a positive asset, and all the dvd's. Love the open concept and how clean it was. Great house!

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed the property very much. The house was well stocked with plenty of spices, laundry supplies and cookware. Also, there was coffee! We rent vrbo’s in many places and having some coffee for the first few days was a huge plus! BBQ worked great and the front yard is perfect to sit in and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The property owner introduced herself shortly after we got to the house. What a fantastic host. This place is great for a family or a small group!

Nice property, but could be great. Needs new mattresses, bed linens, bath mats, better pillows. Needs carpets and fridge cleaned. I don't like the smell of fabric softener on my sheets and pillow cases. Stain on sheet in master bedroom. Musty or bathroom smell in master bedroom and bath, maybe from the carpet idk, and AC didn't work. Host was very friendly and asked if I needed anything.

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the property nice and appreciated our hospitality. However, we’d like to address some of your concerns:- We were in communication before your arrival and available throughout your stay, but no issues were reported, including the AC not working. Had we been notified, we would have addressed it immediately.- Linens are always cleaned before each guest’s arrival. While fabric softener is commonly used, we’re happy to accommodate requests for alternatives if communicated in advance.- A small stain was found on a sheet due to a previous guest using gel soap, but rest assured, all linens are thoroughly washed.- Carpets are professionally cleaned once a month to maintain freshness and cleanliness.- We do our best to provide a comfortable stay, but preferences for mattresses and linens vary by guest. While we strive to make updates when possible, major changes require consideration of overall costs and guest needs.Following your feedback, the AC has been repaired, and we have taken additional steps to ensure our high standards are maintained. We appreciate your input and always strive to provide a great experience for our guests.
