Walk into the house with contactless entry and you will be greeted with undisputed and uninterrupted sea and beach views. Views of Hayborough beach, granite island, historic horse drawn tramway and city lights from the comfort of your lounge. Glimpse of historic stream ranger cockle train from bedrooms, lounge room and front porch.

Access to the beautiful Hayborough beach is under 5 minutes adventurous and fun filled walk through Hindmarsh river estuary. listen to the birds and enjoy the coastal nature and click stunning photos during this short walk to the beach. kids become little explorers and absolutely love this short walk.

A true all season entertainer with 75 inch 4K smart tv and Bose sound bar in the lounge area. Separate 60 inch smart TV for kids room and additional 2 smart tv’s for those memorable movie nights.

Kitchen so well equipped with extras …bedrooms comfortable and several equiped with their own tv. Bathrooms clean and modern. Our 5 grandchildren loved the games room with the differing choices of games to play. Outside decking area is covered and with comfortable seating. The retreat outside room was wonderful for the parents to have on the same premises. Just a gem for a family friendly environment and time away together.

Beautiful house with a ton of character

We had an absolute blast at this property. We often struggle to find a place to stay with enough beds for our group, and this place was perfect. The outdoor courtyard area was a great place to relax, beautiful with the hanging lights on at night. The bathrooms and kitchen were all extremely modern and in great condition, the bedding was comfortable and clean; every amenity you could hope for, and some you didn't know you needed. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful, and we will definitely look forward to coming back next winter!

Fantastic spot for a weekend near Victor. Walking distance to the supermarket and a reasonable walk in to Victor. Great facilities kept the young adults entertained. Lovely clean house decorated to a high standard. Sea views from the lounge and 3 of the bedrooms.

We stayed in this beautiful property over Easter. The games room out the back was great for the kids and teenagers. The house is lovely, modern, spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. A Perfect Beachside Escape!We just had the most incredible girls’ weekend away at this stunning beachside holiday home! The open-plan living area was perfect for lounging with a glass of wine, and the large deck overlooking the beach became our go-to spot for morning coffee and sunset drinks. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep after our fun-filled days.The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand, allowing for spontaneous beach walks and lazy afternoons by the water. We also loved being close to local cafes and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy fresh seafood and great coffee without having to venture too far.Our weekend was filled with laughter, relaxation, and unforgettable memories, all thanks to this incredible holiday home. Family Haven

Dont be decieved upon arrival as the outside looks rundown and in need of a clean up, but rest assured once you enter the house you will be blown away by the beauty inside. Glorious water views from bedrooms and living rooms is amazing. Very clean and well equipped with all your needs. Although some upgrade on pots an pans would be great as cooking for 10 people wasn't ideal with what was onsite, but overall we managed. The games room was a major hit not only with 5 kids but also with the adults. A great way to stay entertained for hours. The host Jag was amazing in communication and was constantly checking in to make sure all was ok. An absolute pleasure in dealing with Jag. Overall, aside of some minor upgrades to kitchen equipment and some door maintenance our stay was amazing and would definitely stay again. A true family haven. Thanks Jag.
