Indulge in the perfect golf retreat with this fantastic 2BR/2BA condo nestled in the charming community of River Crossing within Barefoot Resort. This property is situated alongside one of the exquisite golf courses within the resort, providing an inviting balcony where you can unwind and savor breathtaking pond views. This comfortable and spacious condo is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay.

Inside, the tastefully decorated living room offers ample seating and boasts a large flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment and relaxation. The fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, while the dining area provides an ideal setting to savor your favorite meals. This lovely property has been modernized with new flooring and fresh paint, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere.

The Primary Bedroom is bathed in natural light, featuring numerous windows, a King Swing bed, and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. It offers ample space to store your personal belongings and includes an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two comfortable twin beds and a flat-screen TV, with a second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Ceiling fans are provided in all rooms, and a washer/dryer is available in the condo for your convenience.

Barefoot Resort is renowned as a golf course community with four Championship golf courses to challenge your skills. You'll also have access to one of the largest pools in South Carolina. During the summer, a complimentary shuttle service transports you to the beach, making your coastal excursions hassle-free. Barefoot Landing, just across the bridge, offers a plethora of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Be sure to catch a show at the Alabama Theater or The House of Blues, enjoy a craft beer at the Crooked Hammock Brewery, or savor a glass of wine at Duplin Winery.

Please note that River Crossing is a gated community, requiring a pass for entry. River Crossing 532 is a third floor condo with no elevator. Please be advised the property strictly enforces a non-smoking policy and does not allow motorcycles, golf carts, or pets. A minimum 3-night stay is required during the prime season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four guys; two two-bedroom condos...everyone gets their own bedroom without having to a snoring room partner! Only complaint: neither condo had basic cable TV, only special TV apps. Could not watch golf or other standard TV programs. First time in 5 annual visits this has happened; suspect cost cutting measure by condo owners.

Reviewer Comments: Bigger Beds, Group was to spread out , hard to enjoy each orders company. Would have been a better experience if we were all in the same building or development. I booked the trip a year out so I didn’t expect to drive 5-10 mins to gather people up for golf or dinner. Was a great trip and courses were fantastic. We will be back. Thank you
