Enjoying a glass of wine or reading a good book, you are sure to be visited by the local birdlife including cockatoos and king parrots. See if you can pick the cockatoos from the photo artwork in the hallway!!

Wood heating and plenty of board games are ideal for those cold winter days. A split system for heating and cooling will keep you comfortable all year round. A fully equipped kitchen and Webber barbecue on the deck are all you need for self catering. Let’s not forget a modern bathroom with large shower and spa bath. A second toilet is located in the laundry.

Wanting someone else to take care of the cooking for you, there are many local cafes and restaurants for you to visit. If you are happy to tackle a steep hill then a walk to town isn’t too far or one minute drive away!

Close by you will find the Warburton Rail Trail for walking and bike riding, Warburton Waterwheel information centre and shops to explore. You will pass Blue Lotus Water Garden, Tommy Finn Trout Farm and various farm gates and wineries on the drive to Warburton. Redwood Forest, La La Falls and Mt Donna Buang are natural wonders definitely worth a visit. Not to mention the Warburton Water Park for the kids to have cool down on the summer days! Warburton Golf Course is a two minute drive away and offers panoramic mountain views.
