Adjacent to the tranquil harbourside national parkland, at the end of Balgowlah’s most exclusive cul-de-sac, this luxury five-bedroom residence that embraces and compliments the natural setting of the National Park. Soaring across two superbly crafted levels with large windows that engulf the northly sunlight and bushland views at every turn. Opening onto a sun-drenched terrace that overseas the beautifully landscaped gardens. There are bush trials that lead guests from your doorstep on a short stroll to Forty Baskets Beach or Reef Beach. • The house extends into an open lawn (council land) next to the National Park. There is an outdoor table and chairs set up for you to enjoy the perfect Sunday (or any day) lunch.
• Pets are considered upon application- but they are not allowed into the National park. The house is therefore appropriately fenced to prevent pets straying into the National Park.
• October 2024 - Ensuite bath is out of order pending property renovations.
• April 2025 - Some amenities in the property, including the arm chairs in the living room, are well-loved and may have some minor wear and tear.
