The serenity of Lincoln City awaits at this family-friendly retreat sitting just a short walk from the waves and sand. From the cozy warmth of the brick-enclose wood stove to the vaulted ceilings, this getaway has just the right amount of coastal charm for every guest to enjoy. Breathe in the salty air from the front porch with a fresh cup of coffee as you plan full days of fun.
When everyone has had their fill of adventure, the full kitchen is ready for any recipe, as it is equipped with all of the appliances of home. When the stars come out, kick back on the plush sectional sofa and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Plus, when it is time to hit the hay, two main-level queen bedrooms and two spacious upstairs bedrooms, both with TVs and lots of natural light, give your guests lots of choices for a good night's rest.
Sitting on a limited-access residential street, you will have no problem with street noise even though you are a short walk from a plethora of restaurants and attractions in town. Take a quick stroll over to the Grace Hammond Beach Access or try your luck at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort. The beautiful Connie Hansen Garden is blocks away, and you can always enjoy a peaceful walk to three nearby coffee shops for a morning pick-me-up.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The vacation rental is on the second and third floors and includes access to the garage but does not include the private basement apartment.
This home shares a laundry room in the garage.
There is a secure private basement apartment with a separate private entrance on the ground floor that is occasionally used by the owner. Although the basement apartment can be connected to the main floor of the house via the basement stairs, the basement apartment remains locked to ensure privacy and security for all occupants. To enhance guest comfort, there is also a door to the basement located on the 2nd floor that can be locked by guests to further separate the private basement apartment from the rental portion of the house (I.e., the 2nd and 3rd floor rental). The garage is adjacent to the private basement apartment and contains a shared laundry area; thus, the garage is community space. While the garage is accessible to guests via stairs from the 2nd floor, again, the 2nd and 3rd floors can be easily locked enabling secure separation of the rental unit from both the shared garage and private basement.
Parking notes: There are four parking spots in the driveway off of 36th St.
