‘Collins Arch Penthouse’ is the epitome of style and sophistication perched high above Melbourne CBD with spectacular city and river views. Complete with a whiskey room, expansive outdoor terrace, and cinema room, this 430m2 penthouse is sure to impress!
As you step into the main living space, you will be taken aback at the sheer size and level of luxury here. Quality finishes, a chef’s kitchen, and an open plan design delight the senses while 60m2 of floor to ceiling window expanse take full advantage of the sensational 270 degree views of Melbourne.
The living area flows out onto the huge covered terrace or outdoor room which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. There are multiple living spaces throughout the apartment including a home cinema room, two balconies, and an outdoor entertaining zone.
As a corporate stay, the apartment provides the ideal layout with space for everyone. Each of the three bedrooms have a private ensuite bathroom and there is even a separate powder room for additional guests.
The decadent master bedroom has a king sized bed, access out to the balcony, and an ensuite with a standalone tub overlooking the city. What a way to wake up in the morning! When you are ready, head out into the city and take in amazing architecture, visit the markets, and have a delicious meal.
