All this within 2 minutes walk of the beach!

Where will I be?

Hyamptons Beach House is located at the quieter northern end of the Hyams Beach area. The famous white sands of Jervis Bay are a 2 minute stroll, with the closest beach being Chinamans Beach. Hyams Beach Cafe is also within walking distance. The National Park with White Sands Walk and Scribbly Gum Track are virtually on your doorstep.

How is the property laid out?

Hyamptons Beach House is a large five bedroom, three bathroom Hamptons style home.

Ground level
The ground level features the main living area. This level has a gourmet kitchen with butler's pantry and breakfast bar, and separate dining area. The sunken lounge room with fireplace is large with a comfortable lounge to seat everyone. The smart TV has a sound bar so you can relax and watch your favourite movie. From the lounge room guests can access the covered entertaining deck with BBQ. The backyard with grassed area and fenced plunge pool is also accessed from this outdoor deck. This level has three bedrooms: the master bedroom (king) with walk in robe and ensuite (shower and toilet), and 2 queen bedrooms with outdoor access. Also on this level is the shared bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet, as well as the washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.

First level
The first level has an additional living room with bar and bar stools, leading to a deck with magnificent ocean views of Jervis Bay. This level has 1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 singles and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an additional separate toilet. There is an additional area with dedicated work desk.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

There are two smart TV's. Please bring your own login details to access streaming services.

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

Hyamptons Beach House excels in outdoor spaces. Guests have a choice of a covered entertaining area with BBQ downstairs or the upstairs deck with amazing ocean views.

Hyamptons Beach House has a private plunge pool for your enjoyment. And if you want to visit the beach, wash off the sand in the outdoor hot water shower.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Hyamptons Beach House has reverse cycle air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in every bedroom for your personal comfort. In cooler weather enjoy sitting around the open fire in the luxurious lounge room.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Hyamptons Beach House does supply quality linen and bath towels. However, please bring your favourite beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc.?

There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

Is there any equipment for babies?

There is a mini bath tub, high chair and baby cot available for use during your stay.

Is my cat or dog also welcome to stay?

Hyamptons Beach House is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
