No host welcomed us. Which didn't matter as keys were left in secured location. Home was immaculate and everything was supplied with all the essentials. Great location.

Hi Anna, thanks for your comments, we are so happy you had a great holiday. As negotiated prior to your arrival, we offered you direct access as you had a shuttle bus transfer from the Airport and it was more convenient for you. We have a reception open daily from 9am until 5pm and are on call 24/7.

Family Holiday at Chez Willow

We spent 5 days in Port Douglas with our Adult Children and their partners to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Chez willow was the perfect place to get together relax and spend time with the family at the end of each day. The location is great just a short walk from the Main Street and beach. The villa has been beautifully renovated and included everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms all have large en-suites, I would recommend this accommodation and definitely stay there again. The photo did not do it justice

Can't wait to come back!

This was our fourth visit to Port Douglas, and Villa 1 Chez Willow was by far our absolute favourite place to stay. The location was excellent, just a short stroll to everything and the only time we started the car was for a trip to the Daintree. We own multiple holiday properties and appreciate all the little extras and the hosts' thoughtfulness. The beds were super comfy, the pool perfectly private, the home immaculately clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We won't stay anywhere else and can't wait to come back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Property seemed bigger in photos. No glass windows in property which was a bit odd.

Only shutters on windows which we had to close through the day to have air conditioner going, making it very dark inside. Close to shops and cafes.

The villa is in the tropic's and therefore designed for tropical living with shutters, every bedroom has glass sliding doors and the the living areas have glass windows, not sure what you are referring too that there are no glass windows in the property, first time in 19 years we've had this comment

Nice but needs some attention

Great location but is noisy with traffic and maintenance people. We found it very clean and tidy, the pool was great and the kitchen ammenities were good. Unfortunately for the amount we paid we did experience the following issues - the TV in the main bedroom couldn’t be used as it was heavily pixelated, the pillows were past their use by date and the water pressure in the shower was low. Additionally, one of our party that used the third bedroom couldn’t exit due to a broken door knob. However, we did enjoy our stay overall but it could have been better.

Thanks for letting me know about the TV which I'll get it reprogrammed. I will organise new pillows unfortunately the Port Douglas Shire has put the water pressure down across town to save water so there's nothing I can do about that. I thought the door had been looked at but will send maintenance man around again.

We loved this place. The floor plan is great, timber shutters and ceiling fans, perfect.

Private and comfortable

Lovely place to stay at. This villa is perfectly located right near the main street and Four Mile Beach, with everything within walking distance. The villa itself has everything you need for a fully self sustained stay. Complimenting this is the pool and outdoor entertainment area which is where we spent most of our time. It's private and comfortable. You cannot go wrong at Chez Willow.

20th Wedding Anniversary.

Celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with our two teenage sons. Had a wonderful time. Accomodation was beautiful. Made good use of the pool and outdoor area. Location was only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

Luxury in a brilliant location

We are 3 adult couples who had a wonderful stay at Chez Willow. Accommodation is extremely comfortable with ensuite's for each bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and large dining area. The pool and adjacent outdoor area with a fridge to store our refreshments was a fabulous way to relax after exploring Port Douglas and its many tourist options.The location is outstanding within easy walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and cafes. Jon is an excellent host and is very responsive with local information and even accommodated our request for a late check-out. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location

This villa was absolutely perfect for our group. The villa is private and well equipped. Everything was within a nice easy walk to the Main Street. Our group mainly stayed in the outdoor area watching TV and swimming in the pool. There was nothing we found missing or wanting for. We loved the inclusion of the ice maker and outdoor drinks fridge. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
