We had a great stay. The Village of Fenney has a very nice pool and good walking trails. Very good communication with the host and the house was very comfortable for us and our dog.

And the golf course...and Fenney Grill...and the pickleball courts. And the dogs do enjoy the fenced back yard. That certainly comes in handy. The place was decorated nicely. Loved the privacy of the lanai in the back of the house. The kitchen was pretty sparse as far as silverware and dishes. Also only had three bath towels for four people, however when notifying David, more towels arrived the next day. David also listed many recreational activities that were very helpful.All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay 100% Everything was in working order, clean and presentable. Would easily rent this unit again without hesitation! Not really much to say other than the owner had everything prepared and ready to go on our arrival! The owner even went the extra mile when we requested to check in 1 day early! Had his cleaning crew get things ready so we could enjoy 1 more day!

Communication from the host was great. The home was exactly like the photos and nicely furnished. We enjoyed having use of the golf cart which helped us explore The Villages as if we lived there. If we return, we would definitely stay at this home again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless when we arrived and beautifully decorated—every room felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway from the moment we walked in.The amenities were fantastic and really elevated our experience. The cart made getting around so easy and fun, the bikes were in great condition, and the pool was absolutely perfect for unwinding. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed vacation spot!

Wonderful house beautifully decorated and very cosy. Our dogs especially loved the fenced in back yard and places to walk nearby. Easy location to get to and close to grocery and other retail areas.

Fantastic house!

House was as advertised in the listing. Kitchen had everything I needed to make meals, location in Fenney was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well-decorated and good location. This property was perfect for our 5 night stay from August 6-11, 2025. Very nice home that was comfortable and well furnished. Spotlessly clean and exactly as listed. Our pup enjoyed the fenced backyard. Communication with David the owner was very organized and thorough. The location in Fenney was beautiful and convenient. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in The Villages.
