Great house! Extremely well stocked anything we ever needed/wanted was there! Very clean. Spacious living areas. Two separate living room areas so kids and adults could each watch their shows but still be close. The master Shower is something you just have to see! Beds were comfortable and had wonderful pillows! Pool was heated and everyone had a great time relaxing and floating! Host communicated well and everything was user friendly. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in.

This property is amazing we had a little confusion with time and getting in the home but the issue was resolved and the host and Vrbo were ,we will definitely rent this home again

While we appreciate the overall 5 star review, I’d like to clarify the details of the 2 star communication and 1 star check in. Check in is at 4 and the guest inquired about early check in. We set the door code for 9 am (7 hours early at no charge) with no clarification by either of us as to what time she wanted to check in. She showed up at 815 and couldn’t get in. We were at that time in an area with zero cell coverage so we were ultimately able to communicate and resolve the issue before 9. We also compensated her for the inconvenience.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic one-week stay at this property! The owners, Dean and Erin, were incredibly communicative and sent helpful text messages throughout our visit to ensure we had everything we needed.The house itself was exceptionally clean and fully stocked—from the kitchen to the laundry room to the outdoor patio and pool. The house provided very essential for cooking, washing, and relaxing. We especially loved the pool; having the heat included made for a perfect swimming experience. The neighborhood is very friendly, and there is a great walking path around two lakes just up the street that we highly recommend. We would stay here again!

Has all the essentials you need! Very comfortable, roomy, great pool. It is close enough to all the amenities but far enough away from the city life. Perfect balance. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Perfect vacation home

Our family spent 4 days in this wonderful home! It was comfortable, we had ample room, it is impeccably decorated and was well beyond our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with anything we could have possibly needed to prepare our meals and the outside area was beautiful, especially the pool. We look forward to staying here many more times.

Phenomenal Stay!!!

Being a VRBO host, I am very critical and always comparing stays. I must admit, this is a must stay if you’re in the Goodyear area! Home is well stocked, home is beautifully decorates, clean and has a cozy feel. Dean and Erin are great hosts and was more than accommodating to us and I truly recommend their property!

Property was perfect for our needs. Loved the separate bedroom/bathroom spaces and the overall functionality of the space. Kitchen was beautiful, outdoor pool warm and private. Close proximity to grocery store. Good response from hosts when needed.

Nice place!

Very nice place with wonderful amenities. The owners/managers were very responsive to any questions that we had and even offered to have the cleaning folks come in mid-month to do a refresh at no extra cost. We had all the comforts of home with family coming in and out for the month. Highly recommended.

The Best Getaway

Our family rented this property for a sunny getaway. From check in until check out, our experience was fabulous. The house was exactly as listed, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Dean and Erin made themselves available to answer all of our questions throughout the stay. We have decided to go back every couple of years because we truly enjoyed it so much!

The house itself! It was a stunning stay and great layout for hosting a relaxing weekend with friends and family. We hung by the pool, slept in, watched tv and had meals together effortlessly. The house was equipped with everything. They had every scenario covered and it was clean. We loved our stay and appreciate the love and comfort that house brought for our Arizona weekend. This place is perfect!

We stayed here for a retreat and it was perfect! We really liked all the separate areas like the two living rooms, the nice big dining room, and the beautiful kitchen with the giant island. All of the bedding is so luxurious and the beds are so comfortable! The towels are the best. The master shower is a retreat itself! The backyard is just the right size and the pool was perfectly warm.

Exactly what we needed

Beautiful home for our one week stay! Dean the owner was excellent to deal with. We had a few minor issues with Door Keypad and washer but he addressed all of those during our stay! Definitely renting this home again for future visits to Phoenix

Our family has stayed in many houses over the past 8 years and this by far has been the cleanest, best stocked kitchen/bath that we’ve ever stayed in! Dean was very easy to get ahold of and the check in was simple. The neighborhood was so quiet and many things to do from walking around the beautiful lakes to hiking in the Estrella Mountains. Many stores to shop all within 20 minutes of house. Easy to maneuver around and you can stay off all the busy roads! The pool was fantastic! The big umbrella that extends over the pool was so helpful to be able to get out of the heat. Pool supplies were abundant to be able to float your cares away. This house is definitely

Family trip

Just returned from a beautiful stay at this beautiful property!! The property, location and amenities were just perfect! Communication with home owners was outstanding, and they truly thought of everything. We traveled with multi generational family members, so having a bedroom and bathroom on main floor was extremely accommodating! We walked and hiked each morning, the community has a nice walking path surrounding a lake.We swam in the beautiful heated pool, and even bbq’d one day! Would definitely stay here again!
