Aloha Shores is an expansive seven bedroom house tucked onto a quiet oceanside cul de sac street in the Southern Shores community. This island escape puts you an easy drive north to Duck and Corolla, or south to Kitty Hawk and Nags Head. This secluded property is easily accessible to the main road, but is only a 4 minute walk to a pristine stretch of beach just waiting for you to stroll the shores, lounge around or have fun in the sand and surf. Choose between two nearby beach accesses - one off Ocean Blvd. using the neighborhood walking path and another on the east end of Dogwood Trail. Bringing an electric vehicle? No need to search around town for a charging station since Aloha Shores is equipped with an EV charger.

With a whooping 4,200 square feet of indoor living space, Aloha Shores offers your big group a great place to gather and socialize. Let the good times roll in the open-concept main living area on the top level as you welcome everyone to join in for some culinary fun and meal prep. The space offers vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, a big screen TV, three comfy couches and an electric fireplace. Just off the living room, a screened porch is furnished with comfortable seating that gives you a relaxing touch of the outdoors without being bugged (literally!) Don't miss the amazing sunrises and sunsets with a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on rooftop deck to enjoy a horizon view of the ocean. With a very private 40' x 15' pool, plenty of lounge chairs and a hot tub, the outdoor fun continues when you get home from the beach.
