Presented by Luxury Beach Rentals, this is 2211 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in the most desirable area in the north side of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully decorated unit offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, free wireless internet, flat screen TVs and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while you take in the stunning oceanfront views from your large private terrace . The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as "The Golden Mile", which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility. *The Water Parks are Heated and fully enclosed from November 22nd – April 30th.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located in the Palmetto Tower accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a private bath with walk in shower, a king size bed and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen-size beds with private access to the second bathroom and the living room comes with a queen size sofa.

Great unit and fantastic location!

This unit was great. The view was spectacular and you couldn’t beat the private balcony if you wanted to avoid the pool crowd. Check-in process was a breeze and the unit was spacious and well-stocked. The automated blinds were a bit of a hassle to manage, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Such a wonderful place to stay while on a beach vacation. You can tell the host takes great pride in their home. It has such a welcoming, calm feeling. You feel right at home as soon as you enter. The location is great, convenient to so many popular attractions in the fun town, yet quite and peaceful. Thanks for sharing your place.

We had a great time at the resort. Plenty to do on property. Only issue we had was wifi to building wasnt the greatest but its the building not the room being rented that owns the wifi.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was beautiful and just as pictured. We went in Dec, so we had plenty of beach to ourselves and it was very easy to access. Our kids had fun in the water park. This family of 4 had a great winter vaca!

Awesome View

This condo has amazing beach front views with a great sun deck. Updated, modern and clean (check out the shower in the master bath) and well decorated. Great building with lots to do for the whole family, excellent location and the Dunes Village grill makes a good lunch, and good cocktails!

This condo is so beautiful! Spacious and exactly like the listing. Such a great view of the ocean. And love we have access to resort amenities. Coffee every morning, swam in outside pool when beach was too much.- even swam inside on those cold days. Everything was perfect.

Patio View like a Cruise Ship

The views from our patio and front window were amazing! Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious; we were very pleased (five of us). The neighborhood is beautiful, and the beach wasn't as crowded as I expected (because the resort is in a more residential area than we typically stayed in). The only down side is we did notice cockroaches on the patio after dark each night, but we heard that's somewhat typical for Myrtle Beach area. ?? Otherwise, it was a gorgeous condo in a very nice resort.

Perfect

One word: PERFECT! We could not have been happier. We will definitely be back to stay again. The pictures are an exact representation of what the condo looks like. The resort has so much for kids and all of the staff are very nice. They even have a coffee shop for the mornings that sells Starbucks and breakfast food. 10/10

Great Family Trip

Overall we had a great stay! The condo was very clean and a perfect size for our family. I could not get the WiFi to connect but that wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t spend too much time in the condo anyway. The surrounding area was a little noisier than I thought it would be, especially at night. Not much in walking distance (at least with kids) but plenty of restaurants, stores and mini golf just a short drive away. The beach was clean and beautiful. The outdoor pool was clean. The indoor water park was fun for the kids though I’m not sure the water was all the clean- the indoor pool water looked cloudy to me.

Favorite Beach Spot to Date

We have stayed at a variety of homes and condos along the coast and this one took the cake. It was perfect. We have two littles and grandparents with us and it was great for everyone. Not to mention that it has to be the best unit in the resort. I was nervous being up high with littles but never felt unsafe and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the space. I would say better than the pictures! We will be back!! Easy access to everything including the incredible water parks. Host resort was amazing and the condo was immaculate. The beautiful beach breeze and sun without the sticky or sandy feeling!

Great unit and resort for all ages

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had a wide range of ages (grandparent to infant) and the unit and the resort had something for everyone to enjoy rain or shine! Perfect location for easy access to everything! The unit itself worked well for our group of 6 too. We enjoyed the bonus deck space frequently. Only complaints on the unit are the kitchen is very under stocked in terms of cooking utensils and cookware. There was lots of serve-ware but limited tools to create anything to serve. Also, the cover blankets on our bed were visibly dirty when we checked in so we washed those ourselves in the in-unit washer/dryer. We would recommend staying at this resort and plan on visiting again.

great stay

This is the second year to stay at Dunes Village resort. The condo was exceptionally clean and was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a ten year old that spent a lot of time at the pool area. Wonderful time of year to be in Myrtle Beach. Best condo we have stayed at M.B. I have been coming to M.B. for more than 10 years.

Great unit!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! The unit was nicely updated and clean. That’s not always the case with beach rentals. We really liked the view from the living room and space in kids bedroom. We’d definitely stay again! (The Kuerig coffee maker with single cup was a plus too!)
