- Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

fits many, this is the least accommodating VRBO stay I have ever experienced. To name a few:Sliding glass door frame is coming off the glass to the pool Vent in Downstairs master is falling out of ceiling Xbox is missing HDMI and also not working at allFoosball handle comes off One of the arcade game stations does not have any games that loadJoining room next to avengers closet door is broken The ice maker is broken and the ice bin itself is cracked in several placesToilet room vent is downstairs master looks like it has a leakThey only provide one towel per guest regardless of the length of stay and no pool towels They do not provide wash cloths and argued that is stated in their listing which it is not. Was not provided any check out instructions. Asked for heated pool months in advance and it was ice the day of our arrival. By far the worst VRBO stay we have ever had and our first non 5-star rating.

We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as our goal is always to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Regarding the maintenance items mentioned, we would like to clarify that as soon as the concerns were reported during the stay, our team opened a job and visited the property to inspect the issues. After the visit, the reported items were evaluated and the necessary adjustments were made. During this inspection, it was also identified that the refrigerator was not functioning properly and would need to be replaced. Regarding the pool heating, we understand how important this amenity is for guests. Once the heating is activated, the pool may take several hours, and in some cases until the following day, to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions. As for towels, we provide one bath towel per guest as outlined in our policies, and they are available in the closet at the property. Items such as washcloths and pool towels are not part of the standard set provided, and this information is described in the listing so guests can plan accordingly. We are also sorry if there was any confusion regarding checkout instructions. Our team is always available to assist guests throughout their stay should any questions or needs arise. We truly value guest feedback as it helps us continue improving our processes and the experience we provide. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and we appreciate you choosing our property. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with a much better experience.

Great for a large group!

Property owners were incredibly easy to work with and check in/check out was a breeze. The house was awesome. Only issue we had was with Orlando traffic, so not an ideal location if you are traveling to/from the parks OR get caught in that traffic from wherever you are coming from.

Everything about our stay was beyond AMAZING!!! The house was spotless and very well kept!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with the few questions we had regarding extra amenities. Everything from the aesthetic to the location was perfect as well! We ended up only using 4 of the bedrooms as some of the kids stayed together but having that extra space in the common areas was worth getting the bigger house! Huge kitchen with a large island for seating, and enough sofa space for our needs!! The game room was a hit and enjoyed by all!! The loft at the top of the stairs was a perfect space for the kids to hang out late at night! Plenty of linens (minus washcloths so bring a loofah!) and extras like hand soap, kitchen soaps, toilet paper and trash bags were all provided! We brought our own shampoos, etc but they were available in every shower! We cooked at home a lot and there was everything we needed and more!! Our only concern was that the front door only had a bar to lock it from the inside. I believe it locks automatically from the outside which is nice but it would be nice to have more than just the tiny steel bar to lock it from the interior especially at night! We also brought a baby monitor for the younger children that were staying upstairs as it’s far from the downstairs master suite and it was a huge lifesaver!! We would absolutely recommend this home and hope to stay here again!!

Awesome accommodations!

We had an awesome stay!! The house was beautiful, large enough for my big family, had great amenities, and was close enough to Disney for our visit there. Even my husband, who is a tough critic, loved it! We plan to stay here again the next time we're in Florida.

Overall the house was perfect for a large group. It had plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded. The game room for the kids was amazing! Even the adults enjoyed it! All the accent lights were super nice and welcoming. The house smelled very homey and welcoming. The only 3 things that were an inconvenience was that the rooms upstairs were super hot and there were 2 fans available but one of them was broken and loud when turned on. The other thing were the lights of the pool were not working and I reached out twice via message to get fixed and it wasn’t. The last thing was access to the resort. You had to wait for the attendant across the street to let you in the gated resort and most times we waited 5-15 minutes before anyone would open the gate. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood itself was quiet and beautiful. The detail that went to this house is amazing! Thanks for such a great stay!

I love the noise and location. I wish I order the heated pool in advanced but the community pool was fun. I wish grill came with the house. Gate entry was a pain but overall. I would do it again in a heart beat!

Nice house.

The layout is great with plenty of room. The pool area was clean and inviting. The only problems we had were a lack of face cloths and no blankets for extra warmth at night if needed. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Disneyworld from this location.

Family Trip to Disney

5 stars, highly recommend. Pictures represented the property perfectly. Great distance from Disney. Accommodated the whole family. The pool was nicely heated so we could swim despite cold outdoor temps in early February. My two sons (ages 5 and 3) loved the game room and Avengers room; they called it their spy house. We can’t wait to go back!

Property was continently located to the Disney Parks. Plenty of room for a large family. Only issue we encountered was parking due to the neighbors having several vehicles parked on the street. The house will easily accommodate 4 vehicles. The game room and pool were nice and the kids loved both areas. The two living rooms were good, but it would have been nice to have either a cable service or a streaming service for the house. The master bedrooms were comfortable, but the other beds were not very comfortable. Overall I would stay at this house again, but I would bring a mattress topper.

Game On!!!

The game room was a dream! The rooms were amazing!! As long as you bring toiletries, etc. you and your family will have an AMAZING time. We were able to legally park 5 small cars but it was tight - and honestly that was the least of our concerns. Overall it was a great place to meet, eat family meals, and hang out.

Amazing home

We recently stay at this home and it exceeded all our expectations! The manager responded to all my questions quickly, they had pack n plays, high chairs, children plates/bowls/utensils in the home ready for us! The house is giant and laid out perfectly. We had 4 “families”, myself and husband and our two children shared a jack n Jill. Our friends and their daughter shared a jack n Jill and then grandparents each had their own “master” (and we still had 3 additional rooms and 2 bathrooms being unused). It is set up perfectly for this type of group as the jack n Jill’s are set up with one “kids/themed room” and one adult room. Also each has its own “wing” of the house where you couldn’t hear the other group or babies if you were in a different part. Overall amazing house and will definitely come back soon!

Truly Magical!

This property is absolutely fantastic! The home is perfectly located in a beautiful resort neighborhood with easy access to all that the area has the offer. The home was spotless upon arrival & served our party perfectly! Things to know: Walmart is very close & grocery delivery was easy and convenient. We booked for our groceries to arrive right at our check in time and it worked perfectly! Make sure to plan to bring all your necessities as this home comes fully furnished but doesn’t have any “extras”. You’ll need all toiletries, wash cloths, detergents, etc. (which is completely fine just need to be prepared when arriving.) The pool was great! The open kitchen and dining were so convenient for our large party. Seriously the space is even better than the pictures could possibly show. The game room is so much fun! The kids were absolutely shocked and spent so much time in this room together. We had kids ranging from age 2-11 and they all found something to do in the game room :) My only complaint is very minimal: the coffee pot is outdated and takes a long time to brew & the drier struggled to get towels dry no matter which setting we used we had to dry for 2-3 rounds each load. Also I wish there had been some playing cards/games. We made a quick dollar store run for some dominos tho ;) All in all, 10/10! Great home, great location, great vacation!

Terrible Customer Service.

I would not come back to this property. Customer service is terrible. All the drains were closed when we arrived because that’s an entry point for the ants. Ants were all over our toothbrushes, etc. and we contacted Master Vacation Homes. They said they were going to send an exterminator, but there was no communication after that or confirmation that they came. The ants were still entering through the drain throughout our stay so we kept the drains closed. Also, the washer pools water and does not drain. You have to run a drain cycle after you wash. Dryer does not dry. We emailed and called management. The customer service representative was not helpful and basically just told me I should’ve contacted earlier. I wasn’t doing laundry from day one so we were unaware that this was a concern. We had to put extremely wet clothes in our luggage which made our bags overweight. You are better off not doing laundry and packing your dirty clothes in your suitcases. In fact, when I told the customer service representative, the only thing he was worried about is making more money, getting us out of there, and prepping for another group to come in and deal with the same problems they already knew were issues before we arrived. It will continue to be a problem because they are not fixing it. Bath towels are pathetic. Bring your own. Or just don’t stay at this property or any property managed by Master Vacation Homes.

We always feel that there is room for improvement and we are happy to ensure we can achieve the best experience. As a host on this platform, our mission is always to ensure we are correctly following procedures, such as preparing the home and being able to remedy situations. During the inspection pre-check-in, there was no issue found with the unit regarding cleanliness or bugs. We understand how important it is to have all aspects of the home in perfect condition and we strive by always doing our best and delivering spectacular homes. These bugs and critters are common in Florida, nevertheless, there are extensive steps taken to prevent the critters from being intrusive to the guest's stay. The pest control team uses a treatment method that is safe for us humans, but lethal to bugs. Communication is our top priority and that is reflected in the team that we have. The staff is always supportive and eager to help. The team is never rude and will never leave a call unanswered. Shortly after the items were reported, our team was at the unit promptly to address the issues. Usually all issues reported are solved within 24 hours of being reported to maximize the guests satisfaction. To set proper expectations, we have the following information posted: For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent 1 roll of paper towel 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 small bar of soap per bathroom 1 garbage bag per bin 1 extra toilet paper roll for your convenience 1 extra garbage bag 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom 2 dishwashing capsules in the kitchen -All bedding and bath towels are provided, however, washcloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. We truly hope that this has served to enlighten you regarding your review. Even though this was a negative review, we are ready to host you again and make sure to be with you every step of the way.

Clean, spacious, themed rooms were way cooler in person than we expected. Process of registering car was a little weird but host explained well and was very responsive to messages
