Secluded Country Cottage - Idlewild Bridgetown

We have a farm style cottage that is now available to book.
Whether you want to sit by the warmth and glow of the fire, cook an amazing meal using the wood stove (please let us know if you would like to experience a slow cooked lamb shank dinner cooked in the wood oven), relax on the veranda, or walk along the country lane to the nearby river, you’ll feel relaxed and recharged in the homely comforts of our cottage.
When you wake up you can take in the stunning rural outlook and have a cuppa on the spacious deck or through the huge windows by the warmth of the fire in the cooler months or the air conditioning in the warmer months.
Included in your stay are generous breakfast supplies which last most people their entire stay, - homemade granola, fresh homemade bread, milk, butter, conserves, farm eggs, bacon & a generous supply of Nespresso coffee pods and teas. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

For the benefit of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
Children between 10 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note we welcome children 10yrs & older. We love kids but our space in not suitable for young children. Reasons for this are the immediate proximity to the dam, high retaining wall, and occasional movement of farm equipment and animals). Thanks for your understanding :)
