Love the Pool, Location and Stay!

Beautiful house, yard and pool. Everything you need to be relaxed and lazy! We hiked on the Cowiche Trail everyday and it was beautiful and alive with wildlife. Enjoyed the pool and sun, as well as a few wineries and restaurants.

We had family from Minnesota come for a family funeral and this beautiful home was a nice place for our family to have meals together

Family get away

This property is one of the best we have stayed in. It was clean and spacious enough for our family of 10. A variety of activities for all ages and of course the wonderful pool! Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing VRBO home

Well maintained, fabulous older home. Perfect for our big group. Kids had an amazing time with all there was to do, especially the pool. Very clean and stocked home for all your needs. Great communication, fast responses from hosts, would definitely stay there again!

Gathering Place for Multiple Families

Having downsized to a condo, it was a wonderful find to discover a suitable place nearby for our family to gather for Christmas. Our six children and their families were able to “come home” to Yakima. Two families stayed with us at our condo just five blocks away, but we gather at the ready home for dinners and festivities as well as come and go to visit us at the condo. It was an answer to prayer. The basement had plenty of room for the youngsters to play and be active with air hockey and a giant Connect Four game as well as a fences backyard for playing outside, or putting under the covered area. We’d love to come in the summer and use the pool!could have used more seating and tables in the dining room,so we brought in some but we brought in some card tables and folding chairs

A birthday celebration & visit with great grandma.

The stay was great. The house was spacious & clean. Outdoor flood light was missing resulting in a couple of falls. Hard to use dishwasher when there is little soap & that was watered down. We finally figured out the tv. Maybe more instructions on how to use the tv that aren’t hooked up to cable but have Roku et. Not everyone is tech savvy. The house really great for us. Thank you

Relaxing with Great views...

This VRBO is well thought out. Extra blankets, lots of TV's so no fighting, Keurig, luxurious towels. Lights for reading and loads of privacy. Gorgeous woodwork and great views of the Yakima Valley. Located on a lightly traveled street - quiet & private. Close to amenities.

Great family stay

Clean, well appointed house with lots of space. Enjoyed the preservation of character of house. We had a lovely family dinner in the beautiful dining room. Everything in the kitchen worked well. Appreciated the ice machine. Nice neighborhood. Big back yard. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay with the Ladies

We were a group of ladies traveling for our annual get away. The location was great. We spent all day in the pool. It was wonderful, large enough to have many floats. The bed I slept in was super comfortable. This home would be great for a couple of families traveling together. The kids in the basement and adults upstairs. We try to visit new locations each year but if we did return to Yakima we'd stay again!

Sports weekend retreat

This house was the perfect size (big!) in the perfect spot for our busy weekend of club volleyball in Yakima. We were surprised at how much bigger the yard was than pictured and it was perfect for our dog. All area schools that we were ferrying the girls to were less than 20 minutes any direction and it was so great to have a comfortable place to crash at the end of the day. The basement game room and entertainment area were a big hit too!

August 2023 Stay

We had seven women staying who played a golf tournament in Yakima. The house worked out great. The pool was great after playing in 97 degree heat. Lots of room for us. It would have been great to have the shower in the powder room working, but we managed fine with the other two showers, as we got ready for early morning shotgun starts at the golf course. Definitely recommend!

Such a great location

This was the perfect location for a long overdue family getaway/gathering. Our group of 14 consisted of three households, 6 adults and 8 kids ages 3-17. The house was clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and play. The kids had so much fun playing downstairs with the air hockey table and numerous games. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Bonus points for enough bathrooms lol. Thank you for the amazing space and great time.

Great family retreat

This property was perfect for our needs. It is a very clean and well maintained 1950s home. We loved that all of the original built-ins were still there maintaining the original character of the home. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, ages 3-91. Great to have a dining room that all of us could eat together. The main attraction was the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The kids loved the air hockey and the games. All questions and concerns were promptly replied to. We will definitely consider returning.

Amazing property!

This house was great on so many levels! First of all, it was CLEAN - even according to my high standards. I mean, it was the first time I didn't want to re-wash dishes / silverware upon arrival and didn't freak out when a toddler dropped food on the floor. Bedding, carpet, towels - everything was like new. The house is huge! With 16 of us, we didnt get in each other's way at all. Kids loved the extra features like recliners with heat and vibration, the Xbox, 4 smart TVs throughout. The kitchen had everything you could imagine including a popcorn maker and a small supply of shelf stable food. When we ran out of dishwasher soap, the property manager was on the doorstep in just 20 minutes delivering a bottle of soap. Thank you for creating an amazing space for people to stay at and enjoy!

Started off good

This home is spacious and well furnished. Plenty forms of entertainment. We stayed 5 nights and the first three were very good. The dryer was not working (kept saying check lint trap) I emailed the POC that was provided, this email has gone unanswered to this day. The final two nights took an uncomfortable turn. The temps were 103° & 105° respectively and the air condition stopped working. From day one we never touched the thermostat as there is a sign asking not to. There was zero air coming out of the vents which turned the house into a hotbox. We felt pretty hopeless when we contacted evolve which said to contact the homes POC and that contact still hasn’t responded to my initial email about the dryer. Since then evolve has dismissed my concerns for lack of evidence. Very disappointed overall in Evolve and this home. Also if you stay here, be prepared for a stranger to come into the back yard unannounced to clean the pool and eventually be in the carport to move trash bins. If you don’t care about privacy and want to keep your fingers crossed that the HVAC works this will be a great house for you. If you value privacy & comfortability, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
