Set high above Creekside in Whistlerâs Kadenwood neighborhood, this entire home offers a secluded alpine setting with ski-in ski-out access that is seasonal and dependent on snowfall. Expansive windows and a cathedral ceiling connect the living spaces to the surrounding forest and mountain views, creating a calm retreat after full days on the slopes. A private entrance, garage parking, and easy access to the neighborhood gondola keep everything within reach while preserving a sense of quiet.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 13 guests across seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites feature king beds, gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with deep soaker tubs and glass-enclosed showers. The remaining bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom is arranged with a single bed, a crib, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and bathtub combination, offering flexibility for families traveling with young children.
Living areas
The main level is designed for gathering. A comfortable lounge centers around an indoor fireplace, while large windows frame snow-dusted ridges and forest views. The dining table seats ten, ideal for shared meals after skiing, with additional seating at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and opens directly into the living space, keeping conversations flowing throughout the day.
Entertainment and wellness
After a day outdoors, unwind in the media room with a TV, fireplace, and table tennis, or spend time in the gym, equipped for strength and cardio workouts. Throughout the home, heating and indoor fireplaces create a cozy atmosphere well-suited to Whistlerâs winter season, with portable fans available as needed.
Outdoor spaces
Covered decks extend the living space outdoors even in colder months. The hot tub offers a welcome place to relax after skiing, while the outdoor firepit adds warmth and atmosphere on clear winter nights. Outdoor seating and a BBQ are available when conditions allow.
Neighborhood and access
Kadenwood sits approximately 1,000 feet above Creekside Village and is connected by a private gondola, offering a four-minute ride to shops, dining, and the slopes. Ski-out access is located about 200 meters from the home, with trails linking directly to Whistler Mountain. Ski access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snowfall.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistlerâs most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountainâs slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
âą Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. Weâve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
âą Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
âą Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
âą Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
âą No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
âą Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
