Close to the stadium which was great but the lock pad on every bedroom door was cumbersome since one of the keypads died and we had to sleep on the couches one night until the owner got back to us on how to get in

We enjoyed our stay at the Elm Cottage! The backyard was great for the dogs. The rooms were spacious which was great for remote work. We picked this rental as it was within walking distance to the Cowboys game.

Girls weekend trip

Great location and we loved the property. Close to Dallas Wings arena and DFW. Neighborhood was quite and able to walk to places. Hope to stay again if we are back in the area.

Baseball weekend

We had a nice stay. The house is an older home and has some typical older home issues but we enjoyed the stay. Close to the ball field and a great entertainment area. The grandkids had a blast!

Great location

We came for the Cotton Bowl. Originally thought we may have 5 people but it turned out to be 2. Easy walk to AT&T stadium. Close to restaurants. We especially appreciated that coffee and laundry detergent were provided.

Cowboys vs lions

The property is very clean and very accurate to the website. Location is excellent we went to the game and we walked to the stadium which was very convenient. The only issue was we couldn’t use the back yard which is very cute and cozy but there was a bee nest on the patio cover . But other than that we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Almost rated 5 star but we had several little issues with at house. Property management responded quickly but not everything could be addressed during the stay. But definitely would return.

Walk to stadium events

Walk to AT &T stadium. Quiet neighborhood with a nice backyard. Host was good. Would stay here again. If you drink coffee bring your own K cups. Could find a store that carried them. Doesn’t have a regular coffee maker.

Weekend Away for Cowboys Game

My family and I had a great weekend away when we traveled down for a football game at the Arlington Elm cottage! The property had everything we needed/expected and we loved the ability to walk to AT&T stadium. The only reason that I knocked it down to 4 stars through cleanliness and overall was because we found a dead coach roach and spider on the floor in the back room and the shower knob in the main bathroom barely turned so all our showers were very hot. The location, as mentioned, was great, but the neighborhood itself felt a little sketchy in places. Overall we had a great time and would stay at the elm cottage again!

The cutest little cottage!

My husband and I and our canine children spent a long weekend in Arlington in this cottage. It was so cute and very well decorated! It has 3 bedrooms, a very nice sized kitchen and living area, and a GREAT, pet friendly backyard, and a covered patio area with very comfortable patio furniture and a grill. It had absolutely everything we needed plus some! Dishes, cooking and eating utensils, citronella candles, washer/dryer, a few toiletries, a lighter, flashlights, first aid kit, extra linens, towels and washclothes, etc. It also had some basic cooking ingredients like sugar, flour and spices. There was even a bag of charcoal and lighter fluid in the grill on the patio. The owners or managers of this property have not skimped on anything! We are so happy we decided to rent this cottage. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind!!!

Perfect location, cute!

My 86 year old mom and I stayed here over Christmas. We spent most of our time with family, so we never cooked here, but the cabinets looked well stocked with dishes, pans and kitchen gadgets. Even saw some canned goods. The back yard was awesome, I hope the weather is better next time we come so we can take advantage of it. Couple things for future trips - bring Kleenex (none available), and extra linens/blankets. Also, and this is NOT a hit on the house or owner - they never stated it was even remotely handicap accessible - but there are three big steps to get in the front, and no hand rail. Just something to be aware of if anyone in your party is challenged physically. When they say it’s walking distance to downtown Arlington restaurants, it is. In my younger days I would have walked to the stadium from here too! Overall we were very comfortable here and would stay again. The only thing I detracted from on my perfect rating was that they do not answer any questions about the place until you book. I had a couple questions and my emails wouldn’t go through, I even chatted with the VRBO help desk and they said the account is not set up to take inquiries. Maybe they will change this.
