Fantastic four-bedroom home in Adelaide’s premier beach suburb, Glenelg.
Short walking distance to Glenelg Beach and Jetty Road shopping and eating precinct.
Every bedroom enjoys its own ensuite bathroom, and the master bedroom has a 2 person spa.
Opulent dining room with seating for 12 people.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Outdoors features include a beautiful north-facing verandah and a separate pergola adjoining the swimming pool.
The home has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, it's ideal for extended families or groups of friends.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, electric oven microwave, ice and water dispensing fridge and a separate drinks fridge in the walk-in pantry. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all crockery and utensils needed for your stay.
Adjoining is a separate dining room for up to 12 guests. It comes complete with all crockery, cutlery and glassware should you wish to host dinner.
The master bedroom has a huge walk-in robe and ensuite complete with a 2 person spa bath.
Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and walk-in robe and private ensuite.
Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and walk-in robe and a shared ensuite with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 features 2 single beds which we can make up into a queen if needed and a shared ensuite with bedroom 3.
There is a separate study for workaholics or a quiet area for some reading while overlooking the garden.
The lounge room has a reclining leather lounge suite and smart TV with Netflix.
It also overlooks the pool area and garden. For the colder months, a gas fire adds a special ambience.
The whole house has reverse cycle air conditioning and high-speed wifi.
You can enjoy the outdoors on our tessellated verandah which features a rattan lounge suite and dining table for 8.
There is also a second drinks fridge to save you from walking to the kitchen.
There is also a separate pergola with gas BBQ facilities and a gas Pizza oven and wooden tables for extra outdoor seating.
The pool is solar heated, and the outdoor area can be floodlit at night.
There is secure off-street parking for 4 cars.
Glenelg is the ideal location for your stay in South Australia. We are minutes walk to the beach where you can enjoy a swim or an ocean sunset.
We are also a short stroll to Jetty Road or The Broadway for your shopping and dining experiences.
Local supermarkets, hotels and bottleshops are minutes away and all around you for your convenience.
HarbourTown outlet shopping and the airport are less than ten minutes drive.
The city of Adelaide is an easy 20-minute drive or an easy tram ride from Jetty Road.
The McLaren Vale wine district is 30 minutes drive south by car.
The Barossa Valley wine district is only a one-hour drive north by car. Within 15 minutes drive are four prestigious golf courses - Royal Adelaide, Kooyonga, Grange and Glenelg. All four are listed in Australia’s Top 100 Golf Courses.

A wonderful stay in a gorgeous property

As soon as we saw this beautiful property we wished we could have stayed much longer! The owners were so very welcoming and provided so many extra little touches and treats, it made our ladies weekend away even more special. It was the perfect property for enjoying some relaxing time by the pool, or in the beautifully furnished home, as well as being walking distance to the beach and the shops. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

A wonderful presented house, in a great location. The various amenities more than met our expectations with the 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms adding to it’s uniqueness, The hosts were very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful old house in perfect location

I stayed with my own and my brother in law's family - total of 8 people. This house was fantastic for a larger group and all of the facilities were excellent, and only beaten by the brilliant location.

What a great property!

This is a perfect house for up to 4 couples. The fitout out is high quality, and the bathrooms are particularly nice. The furnishings are excellent, great glassware and a terrific range of kitchen equipment. The house also has numerous group relaxation areas, but also has the option for a private moment. Great location too. A really highly recommended place!

A magnificent house with every need catered to. Highly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was perfect except the weather was very hot but the house was lovely and cool.

Just Perfect!

We had the most amazing time at Milena's property! From the moment we entered the house we were immediately impressed! (so much nicer than the photos depicted it). Heaps of room for 2 families and everything was so comfortable and pleasent! The outdoor area was perfect for entertaining and is were we spent most of our time. Location was great, only a small walk to Jetty Rd or down the street to the beach to watch the sunset. It was such a privilege to stay at this property! Thanks so much Milena

We wanted to stay!!!

Words cant describe how we feel about stay at the Red Door. From the time you walk through one of the many doors, you are transported back in time. A gorgeous old Adelaide manor with 21st century luxuries. There wasn"t an area on the property that didnt disappoint. It was a beautiful backdrop for my daughter's preparations for her wedding. Milena and Carl were so helpful and very more than happy to accommodate our needs to make the day even more special. Thank you so much for the memories your beautiful house has made. ❀❀❀❀

Amazing House in Great Location

We had a fantastic stay at the Red Door to celebrate a family birthday. It was a great place to hang around and relax, with so many living areas for people to spread out, and also very close to everything Glenelg has to offer, within walking distance. The hosts were so helpful and included EVERYTHING you could possibly need to have a great stay, with many generous inclusions. Highly recommended.

Stunning Home

A beautiful old home, with everything you need. We had 3 couples, and due to the layout we each had space and privacy as well as large spaces to gather together. The hosts were wonderful. Location is very handy - walking distance to everything, but far enough away from the noisy part of Glenelg. Highly recommend.

A get away with it all ❀

Fantastic location (everything within short walking distance) in a home filled with everything you could possibly need. A pool to entertain the hubby & kids while this Mumma snuck away for a private peaceful spa at the other end of the house đŸ· All the small details put into this property make it feel more like you’re staying in a family home than a strangers house. We bought our house 30 years ago and have renovated and restored it lovingly.
We have retained most of the character features that make it a unique place to enjoy your holiday.
With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, it's ideal for extended families or groups of friends.
