Our Dreamers 5 acre property is located right in the village of Mt Beauty an easy 30 km drive to Falls Creek ski resort and close access to Bright, Yackandah and Beechworth.

There are 2 outdoor areas. The front entrance patio (with BBQ and fire pit) features a shady treed space in summer, rich autumn shades in autumn and sun drenched in winter. The garden courtyard has a private fenced yard suitable for 1 small to medium size dog (ONLY with permission + $30 fee and a condition that your pet does not stay on the property without an owner present). You MUST send a messag we to us for permission please.
The yard is great for kids with play equipment to keep them occupied.
The yard also features an outdoor hot tub overlooking the surrounding Alpine Mountains.
Your hot tub (not spa as there are no jets) is filled by you with fresh hot water when you are ready for your tub. Outdoor towels are supplied.

The living spaces feature open log fire for winter and aircon for summer. The sunken lounge conservatory houses an array of indoor plants and a tree couch.

The apartment is uniquely different as it is a converted cafe with beautiful timber slab dining table, full galley kitchen, coffee machine and marble topped bar.
If you are looking for a mainstream accommodation apartment this may not be suitable for you.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The lower floor family bedroom has 1 x Double and 2 x single beds with one of the single beds as a trundle.
The 2 master bedrooms with a Queen bed in each are located up the stairs on the next floor and share the top floor bathroom. This bathroom features a walk in shower and large soak bath with mountain views.
All bedrooms feature quality French country bed linens, warm winter weight doonas, white towels and robes.

The summer pool is located 30m from Garden House and is shared by a few other holiday apartments on the same tranquil resort property.
A private lagoon is located in the centre of this 5 acre Dreamers property.
Dreamers property is located right in the village of Mt Beauty a short 20 minute drive from Bright and Falls Creek Ski Resort.
Beechworth and Yackandandah under 1 hour away.
Mt Beauty is a perfect base for bush walking/ hiking/ snow sports/ 4WDrives/ bike sports/ fishing and wineries.
Shops (including supermarket, bakery and butcher) and restaurants/ cafes are well within walking distance.
