Comfortable Bedrooms-

The master bedroom located on one side of the house, is spacious, with access to the lanai from the bedroom, and a gorgeous master bathroom, there's plenty of space to relax and truly enjoy your vacation.



Open Floor Plan-

Enjoy the open floor plan with the kitchen and living/dining room combined overlooking the pool and lanai and canal beyond.



Entertainment-

Firesticks for each tv in the property for streaming- log into your streaming apps and watch your shows. Enjoy the pool overlooking the canal.



Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month plus tax. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.

Dock: Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the spacious dock. Boat and lift are off-limits.



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.
